I don't see how that is awful roleplay, since in the write up it says that a large recruitment program was started. In order for this faction to take off I need members, people have moaned about how there is no active outcast faction anymore. That's not the most helpful way of helping me, I don't see why I can't advertise to fellow Outcasts, okay they might be attached to a fleet already but that doesn't mean they can't be transferred to another. Seriously. I'm sorry if it doesn't meet your standards but that was only to benefit the community and to add to the awesome Omicron pews. I'm not really sure what to write about this any more. I'm sorry for that I will refrain from using inrp propaganda again.
Edit: This attempt at a -new- OC faction has had a shifty start, I beg you to work with me here everyone. I get defensive as you saw I got with Haste. I really want this to work for everyone so please try try try to keep the comments positive. It will motivate me more to work harder at this. The moment I see negative comments it makes me want to give up.
what I meant to say with it was: Your guy didnt even bother roleplaying to begin with. That was immediately the first thing he said to me. That dosent exactly paint the faction in a positive light when the first thing said to me is: "HEY, YOU ALL SHOULD JOIN MY FACTION KTHXBAI" in broken english/spanish.
I appreciate the effort, but the faction itself is still a bit of a skeleton. By all means, flesh it out more, I'd love to see this succeed, and hell, I'll even toss in an application so I have something to do with my outcast chars, but begging people to join is never a good thing. You want to paint the faction in a good light by doing events, raids, trading, invite indies to join these activities, so then they'll WANT to join.
I'm not trying to be a jerk here.... okay I was kinda trying to troll a little with that first post, but I posted that with the hopes that the point would get accross that some higher RP needs to be achieved before just screaming "JOIN MY FACTION" in order for the average person to want to join.

uh, don't know if this is any concern or not but I had a weird experience with one of your members.
He continuously spammed "// you're so luckers" or something in local chat. Not sure if it's something to be concerned about, but he repeated it continuously.
Regarding potential Outcast / GJ relations, I would like to point your attention to a useful guideline for your potential relations with thy neighbors:
Torrino Base, Lorraine System
Code:
Torino asteroid base was hastily built in 818 A.S. by the Junkers from Lixheim who were hired by the Outcasts. When the minefield was breached, patrols from Genoa base were quick to investigate the situation. After a brief skirmish with Council scouts sent through to make contact, they were surprised to find that among the strange Gallic Naval, familiar Junkers resided. Outcast leaders were quick to detain and "persuade" several Junkers to explain their activities on Malta. In the process, they learned much about Gallia, and the potential for Cardamine distribution to that house.
The Outcasts then pressured the Junkers of Lixheim into providing them a suitable location for their first outpost inside Gallic space. Other pirate factions chose not to offer the Junkers any protection from the Outcasts, and many said that the Junkers sealed their fate themselves by co-operating with Gallic officials for so many years. Therefore, the Junkers had to deal with the visitors on their own.
Torino was established in an asteroid base previously occupied by Gallic Brigands, but abandoned when the Brigands were unable to maintain an adequate supply line to the base. After repressurizing the base and restoring one of the docking facilities, the base was turned over to the Outcasts, who converted the remainder of the base to suit their own needs. The Outcasts plan to start the distribution of Cardamine into Gallia from Torino, realizing the potential for profit by exporting the drug to their new neighbors.
Take that as you will.

This looks good. Saw your raid in Gamma, and while I was not there, I have to say I like that you went on doing what wasn't really done for some time. Next time, maybe I'll join you on [AI]. Since the [101st] is headless right now, maybe we could get some communications and negotiations going between you and [AI]
