Quote:You all make is so clear how much the Junkers Congress wants diplomacy, you attack the OC and the Dragons for not conducting diplomacy with you, and then when someone tries you say there is nothing you can do, you cry "we are neutral, but we cant enforce that neutrality at our bases"
Right now, nobody can enforce any form of safety in sigma 13. The area is too overcrowded with too many opposing factions. Outcasts, dragons, GC, GMG, Hogosha, Junkers, Corsairs, Harvesters, and Bounty hunters all vie against one another in that system.
As far as we're concerned, yanagi is on shutdown to anyone who even so much as looks at it the wrong way. It will remain so until some semblence of order can be brought to sigma 13 space, because until then the station is under severe threat of hostile fire from any number of potentials, yourself included.
If you have an issue with the harvesters, deal with it yourself. You did not need to come to yanagi to resupply, you have GMG stations and blood dragon bases within one system jump that you can dock at for fuel, ammunition, and repairs. You had bad luck with a harvester - that isnt our problem, it's yours. They dont like the outcasts or anyone who allies with them, and unfortunately for you, you're in that group.
If the junkers congress members at yanagi would have attacked the harvester to stop hostile fire around yanagi during this incident, it is very likely that the harvesters would have turned against us in full force. You dragons only see a small portion of their kind, you have no idea what they are capable of.
Space is a hostile environment, and will always be so. Nobody can ensure your safety or peace of mind, and if you want it you need to create it for yourself. If a harvester fires on you near yanagi, retreat to 2k from yanagi station and return fire, we dont care. It's between you and the machines.
Quote:and then you threaten us yourselves
We only threaten you with what could happen if you declare hostility against us. We are not the protagonists here. If you want to maintain relations with us, do not utter words that may incite a war.
Quote:these do not sound like the words of anything but an Enemy, and that is how I suggest the OC and Dragons treat the Junkers from here on out. So much for your calls to talk, when you are impotent to have any control over the affairs of your base.
I'm sure the novapg and hideyoshi's guard will love to hear that they shall no longer receive supply shipments from junker allies because one dragon could not handle his own business. Is that how you want to come across to your 'brothers'?
If you are an independent, and claim to be one openly, then do not try to speak for the rest of your people.
If you as a Blood Dragon finds that we "Junkers" are openly attacking you cause we allow the Harvester to do as they please, only so they wont attack us. Then sir, your an idiot.
The Harvesters are a threat, and they have safe haven on your base, which makes you a threat, not anything idiotic about that. If you would attack the Harvesters if you could, let us help, let the Junkers and the Dragons and the OC stand together against the Harvester threat, but you wont do that, because of your "neutrality" which is non existent, because you provide safe haven from one side while allowing it to be violated on the other side.
Quote:The Harvesters are a threat, and they have safe haven on your base, which makes you a threat
EVERYONE is allowed safe haven on our bases, with the exception of nomad infested individuals. The only stipulation is that you do not cause trouble while you are there.

They are not allowed if they are attacked while docking.

Then you should have sent a message to yanagi requesting docking permission beforehand. The junker congress member would have gladly allowed you permission to land, and the harvester wont attack you once you close within range of our docks, due to the possibility of damaging the station.

You are right tenacity so i will not argue with you.
It seems as if some junkers fail to realize that a war would hurt the junkers as much as the outcasts if not more. Yes the outcasts would lose some income from cardamine but the junkers would lose it as well. Not many other cargo's carry as much profit and there are always indie's like me who will want to make a fast credit. Also the while the junkers do run many of the bases where cardamine is smuggled into think of our own people who are addicted, to deprive them would be to sentence them to a slow agonizing death. Not to mention that junker ships would become prime targets for pirating.
I think that the cooler and more intelligent heads in the Junkers Congress will prevail and this will be settled without the need for hostilities. I also believe the Congress could get the harvesters to honor a neutral zone around Yanagi without too much trouble. They may be able to repair themselves but they still need to buy bots batts and ammo from junker stations they operate near.
I am not sure what the diplomats are up to but i hope they get their heads out of a certain orifice before things get outta hand. so we can all get back to making money.

Alright...
ALRIGHT!
That's it...
If your this stubborn to actually find reason to attack us, be my frikkin guest. But i assure you that if you do, youl be blown away so fast that the metal ink on your hull will remain cause it wouldnt know that the ship it was attached to was gone!
The Real Blood Dragons, GC's and Outcasts know of the Neutrality of the Junkers. And they know of the Harvester Alliance.. They are infact the only ones that would ever.. EVER make a difference to us, as your oppinion to me now is worth as much as the nomads that i willingly shoot down..
And you Sir... Are an Idiot!

I actually have one small question....Why do you keep mentioning the Outcasts? They have nothing to do with this. From your "evidence" I saw no outcast present at the time. I think we should leave the outcasts completly out of this one....
