Busting trading-mining or pvp not gonna work for every faction cause-what would Order do with trading/mining perk?
Can we try to do something with, for example color of ships?
Official Order Neph-black as oppose indi Neph who will be the same as now?
Same goes for cap ships?
I know nothing about coding but maybe something can be done with faction tags to make this possible.
Liberty ships-blue,Bretonia ships let say red-blue,Rhainland green,SCRA red...
Something like that,is it possible?

Why would an official faction want to share their specific perk with Indies? That makes no sense. The whole point of the perks is that they are for OFFICIAL FACTIONS.
Unless, of course, you made a typo and actually meant that the Official Faction gets a trade perk that is NOT used by indies. I also dunno exactly how you would implement that, unless you make a specific ID for the Official Faction and then made a specific commodity that can only be purchased by that ID.
Just an idea that popped up, its still yet to be refined.
To explain it more clearly, the "perk" allows the the factions to decide where they want their trade route to start and end, given them the direct control and convenience. I also included guard station (if possible) so to limit the amount of non faction indies freely available to dock, without completely excluding every single one of them.

Roleplay Perks
Give official factions their seperate ID with more allowances
- Allow official factions to expand their ZOI based on roleplay done. As an example the [RM] ID could have a line that allows them to enforce Kusari law in Honshu and [KNF] ID Rheinland law in Frankfurt, respectively, based on a cooperation treaty that has been some time ago.
- As already suggested, a free SRP that has to make sense obviously. This SRP would still be held to the standards of normal SRPs with regular checksup etc, but it won't cost any money to request one.
- If it is possible within the engine, the ability to restrict docking access to bases of certain factions, so law enforcement could actually prevent a smuggler from docking without having to destroy the ship.
PvP Perks
- See unique equipment part above. Applies especially to PvP.
- Unique ships. Militaries could get a flagship that could be either a completely new ship or an already existing battleship/battlecruiser/cruiser/carrier that has a much stronger shield, armour upgrade, better guns and whatnot. As a potential PvP drawback that ship can be larger/slower than other capital ships.
- Unique equipment that can only be bought with an official faction ID. This could include stronger scanners, a higher armour upgrade or other pieces of equipment. A different faction might have different focus on equipment. Mining corporations would probably have improved mining lasers, another corporation improved thrusters. The military of one house might want improved shields, the other improved guns. Intel factions might want a special cloak that requires less fuel, for example.
To restrict normal players from buying those you can make that equipment only buyable with certain ideas (in a way similar to buying K'Hara ID is only possible while having a K'Hara ID equipped). To prevent players from buying and then trading that equipment to another character, you could use technerf to reduce powercore to 1% regeneration.
Am I the only one who believes that giving Officials game mechanical edges over their indy counterparts to be a bad idea?
I want my indies to have the same opportunities and chances ingame as those who play in the Official faction, and not to seperate them further from the Officials. The incentive for playing with a larger (Official) group should be easier teamwork and enjoyable companionship, not just to get your grubby hands on a more powerful and exclusive weapon or increased and easier credit farming.
The Faction Rights that we currently enjoy as Officials should be sufficient and all we need to run our Official factions well.

I totaly disagree. Imagine someone doesn't want to join a Official facion, should you really take them capital ships away just because of that?
yes. that's why the admins are doing this, because there's no real perk to being in an official faction right now.
Zoner caps. enough said. If you understand that, you'll understand why a lot of people want caps taken away from indies. geez, take an unlawful ship into new york and wait for the indie cap gankforce as another example.
On topic: After being let in on the periphery of the secret plans, i believe some of these options are quite possible.
