I suggest to adjust your diplomatic chart. The Rheinland Military is definetly NOT neutral. Whenever you will enter Rheinland, you will be given high priority to search and destroy. You Legacy pirates have done too much damage to our beloved Vaterland. Guess yourself enemies of the state.
in fact, you can take pretty much every lawful faction off "Neutral" and move them to "Hostile". We aren't gonna be neutral to you while you engage in brazen piracy and lolwut your way across sirius.

I have yet to see any of you do anything except lolwut.
None of your members appear to understand the concept of an engagement notice. Coming up on someone who was typing, stripping their shields and then saying 'engaging' does not count.
You do not understand that when attacking someone right in front of a lawful battleship that it is polite to make sure the battleship is hostile to them first. This goes for all lawful bases. Fix your reps. You should be hostile to them all. At least shoot a missile at them when you come near if you're incapable of rep-changing.
You do not understand how to pirate. Pirates do not engage Navy cruisers in front of Baltimore shipyard without a very good reason. Pirates do not blow up a trader in a Percheron because he has not paid them within 10 seconds of them making their demands.
Why is the Liberty Navy, LSF and LPI still on your neutral list? Why, for that matter, is any lawful faction on your neutral list? What about Junkers? You're engaging in open acts of piracy and hostility against lawful factions. Junkers don't. Yet you're waving their ID about. They won't be happy at that. Add them to your hostile list.
Why, in fact, do you even have Junker IDs?
Fix your equipment lists. I think Legacy people have been sanctioned for ridiculous loadouts, but oddities still linger despite that.
Here's just some friendly advice so take it for what it's worth. I'm not going to bash you like many seem to want to do but something needs to be said.
You need to get all your people together and make sure they are familiar with the server rules and show the community that your group is serious about following them. I have observed multiple violations today alone by Legacy ships and more complaints seem to reach me all the time.
I like Junkers and more Junker groups to RP with us is always a good thing. Just remember that we all want to have fun and when people don't seem to care about the server rules it upsets a lot of people. If you are new to the server I suggest you spend some time reading the server rules and the sanctions thread, your boys have already found their way there.

Actually, going back and forth through a jh to avoid a hostile ship is a rule violation and one of the one's I just mentioned witnessing. Be more careful.
When a gunboat has intercepted a slave convoy of yours and has done damage to the two smaller transports, it is against the rules for the much larger transport accompanying them to use its cruise engines to put itself between the small transport and gunboat. Especially in an asteroid field. If you can't keep up with thrusters and keep getting bumped backwards by rocks, it's not allowed to use cruise, mmkay? I said this to the transport doing it, but he continued to use cruise in combat anyway.
Edited to add - I'd PM this, except it looks like only 2 of you have forum accounts.
Greetings,
Hi guys I can see that some of you are frustrated with the Legacy clan at the moment and all the negative comments here dont really acheive anything other than to make matters worse.
The fact that most people posting above are advanced players to the game and a fraction of the Legacy clan are new, Yes read the rules we know, but in order to follow the rules other players should follow them too.As of our Legacy nature we will not cry on this forum when u guys break the rules.
It seems to me that you are quite happy when you kill one of us, but every time one of our members shoots back you dive straight on here to complain.
Yes i agree with you about wrong ships wrong guns..we are working on it.
Our main priority at the moment is to get the clan on its feet(Rome wasn't built in a day).
Any how your armys are strong and i fail to see how legacy pose any threat to you
but beware because when our faction is ready and ironed out the people with the negative comments will get it first...
And as for the last post on here if the guy hadn't of shot ,fled, shot, fled then that could of been avoided ..fleeing then coming back is a broken rule, yet he see's fit to complain because he died.
If you choose to to attack then stand and fight.
Hope the situations will be resolved soon.

You're missing out on something very simple:
A gunboat can thrust faster, is a smaller target than and has a smaller turning circle than a big transport. This was why I passed very close by on a few occasions - it took a while for that big transport to turn, and I could put 1.5k or so between myself and it and go back to using missiles. There were two small transports, too - Percherons, I think - and they had an easier time keeping up with me, so I drew them off, shot them, and then you cruised forwards. Don't know if you'd noticed or not, but some gunboat weapons have a range over twice that of the longest-ranged transport weapons. So I tried to keep 1.1k between myself and the transports, unless one broke away from the others, in which case I closed on it and used all the gunboat's weapons. Why on earth would I get in range and just sit there shooting? Imagine if a fighter did that. It would go down in seconds. Of course you couldn't shoot me. That's the point of carrying long range weapons. It's no reason to cruise to keep up. I certainly didn't use my cruise engines.
... by the way, what were Junkers doing carrying slaves around in what appeared to be Bretonian cargo ships? Or flying past the Mississippi and using a trade lane when they were trafficking?
Yesterday, a couple of Universal fighters were fighting an Outcast fighter. I had that same gunboat sitting about 3k out, and there was another fight going on about 10k away. A Legacy vessel came along, said 'engaging' and proceeded to attack the Universal fighters. I have to ask: why is a Junker openly aiding an Outcast in full view of multiple lawfuls?

Had to quote that again. No particular reason. Just felt like it.

So you just wanted him to let you. kill him? Since you attacked them.. they are just suppose to make sure they cant catch up to you and die, without being able to shoot you with their turrets?
