Just when I was about to get some new guns for my Nyx ....anyway..
Just a question, am I one of the people that screwed up ? I don't think I am...just want to get it clear. Since currently, Skype just doesn't log on to the Skype server...I have no clue of whats going on right now.
And, if it's alright, Swift..I'd like to see the screens and all myself if you still have the links, just to see how bad things actually are..I only saw one bad thing happen, not the others...

(don't think I have to mention I have permission to post 'ere)
Edit: Skype just connected...god was waiting for me to post this I guess <.<
I'd really hope that long-time experience isn't a factor in the merit of a violation report.
Quick aside - I'm at work, so any post I make now I do NOT have the ability to chat on skype with the other admins about, so keep that in mind.
As far as sanctions themselves, we do keep the history of an offender in mind. That's one reason why some battleships have been turned into starfleas in the past. And there is a history of ... unruliness ... from up in the area where you operate.
As you stated, we didn't know you were the leader of the faction, so we felt strong measures were in order.
Reptile, the problem is that you guys used shared training ships. So on the server records, one training ship shows up as being accessible by up to 10 different people. (=CR=Red-1 showed 10, =CR=Red-3 shows 9).
Then you have some of the larger ships - =CR=Rubicon[CV44] for example, accessible by 6 people. Well, if we're going to take the toys away from 3 or 4 people, we have to know who has access to what ship, right? (And one ship has 21 different log-ins (NOT IP's, complete seperate log-ins!) - so either someone has re-installed the program a lot, to have to create that many different log-ins, or there's a lot of people that have played that ship.)

Seeing i Created a few/most of the acounts that are shared.
The BS have around 2 ppl who fly it but rosters change/ppl leave so the biggest reason why there more then one for the ship.( i believe i can say those have never got a single sanction)
the armoury's are shared with about 10 to 20 ppl(incl all past members who left) they never leave their home so again no sanctions as fas as i recall.
CR aint greedy they share there big toy's with ppl they trust, and so far i believe that trust has not been mis used.
Greetz retired CR member.
If i dont respond PM me i get lost in the massive amounts of posts here ..............
Anywho Agmen, as I said already, the possible problem lies only in the shared color code characters.
The fact that armories, banks, our main diplomacy ship and the battleships are shared does not, I believe, come into any consideration. Most other factions also have shared capital assets and so do we.
I don't really recall a single incident that had to do with the sharing of our battleships.
As for the color code characters, as I've said already, they'll all be moved onto a few separate new accounts and we'll sell them off.
All new recruits (this was already decided but wasn't fully implemented yet) will have to buy their own ships.
I believe that settles the shared ship issue once and for all.
(Also, a possible misguiding fact for you guys is that some of us have dynamic IPs, like me for instance, therefore making it seem like more people migth be accessing a ship than really are)

I know of 2 people who have access to Rubicon and no one else. Meek guards his baby alot. Except for like 2 year old logins.

Unfortunately, someone who shall remain nameless did utilize multiple accounts during this most recent flurry of sanction reports to re-engage. That's part of our issue. (We actually do a decent job of sorting out the dynamic IP issue.)
Let's give this a rest for a bit while we finish figuring out just who is going to get whacked and how hard. We'll have the rest of your boys out of Bastille as quickly as we can. The roll-call is going to help us a lot.

And just to put some more here, every story has 2 versions.
On Orkney, when Zed died and tried to leave...the JH to T23 was bloaked with the Zoner Jugy and a LeBrise, and only the LeBrise said: "Fear fear fear" while the zoner just shot down Zed with his beutifull Jugy.
Maybe i m out a line for what i m gonna say but this has more than appears from the persons who filled the reports against CR members. As i recall, the report is the last way to resolve a situation and apparently those who reported never tried to clarify nothing with CR members.
Just to state that, 5 reports in 6 hours is a little bit much when none of them tried to solve the thing privatly.
Let's not - we're closing this temporarily so we can finish sorting things out. Swift is in communication with us - we'll re-open it when we have more to announce.

Okay, we are starting to go through the list of players and ships that we can unjail.
It will take a little while, as there are shared ships accessible by both players who will be remaining in the =CR= and players who will NOT be remaining in the =CR=. So just because you find that one of the ships that you fly in not in jail, some of the other ships you fly may still be there. (And you personally may still be there with all of your ships until we get through this list - we can't do them all at once with a mouse-click, they have to all be done one at a time.)
