Well, last I was able to play, the BSG (before they became the CR) were attacking Alpha as much or more than the Corsairs. If they're not at war, someone might want to rectify that.
I really don't understand how people could be attacking each other's home systems in battleships and not be 'at war'. Its no longer just a 'raid' when there are battleships involved, its a military assault.
That is why I asked, I didn't want to do it and then get sanctioned. I will just keep a fighter char there for both mining assistance and imposing a small tax to non-Junkers.

BSG was not using anything bigger then fighters for already 3 months, so, no.
And I can't remember when the CR attacked Alpha last time, especially with Battleship(s).
