Buongiorno, and before you ask, si, this transmission is coming from Malta. I imagine it's been quite some time since you've done any work for the Maltese, that is something I intend to change.
I represent the Contari Lance, a Maltese paramilitary group. We find ourselves in need of the services of your corporation. We're currently undergoing a large construction project, and though we've been doing our best to scavenge for the necessary resources, we're no where near completion. This is where you'll come in, should you accept our contract.
We require the following materials:
2,500 Basic Alloy
1,500 Super Alloy
4,000 Ship Hull Panels
1,000 Nuclear Devices
1,000 Munitions (their source is irrelevant, feel free to ship traditional or black market varieties)
1,000 MOX
1,000 Gold Ore
Currently, you'll find the various station administrators throughout Maltese territory will restrict you docking access. If you accept, we'd like a shipping schedule so we can know before hand, and arrange a transport to ferry your goods to the Contari Compound on Malta.
I understand if you have reservations when it comes to working with the Maltese, and if you have any questions of trust or reliability, I will answer them. But rest assured, you have my word that these materials will not find their way into the hands of one who bears ill-will towards the Kingdom of Bretonia or Borderworlds Exports.

Dear Mr. Contari,
your transmission came indeed as a suprise. Anyhow, this reply may reach you delayed since we had to check this channel for security issues first. I'll also have to disappoint you, because I'm not your contact person and thus not responsible for questions regarding the logistic and trading department. But I'll forward your transmission directly to the competent manager or director. I'm afraid that this is all I can do for you right now. Please stay patient.

Hola Senor,
Thank you for your communication regarding the transportation of items you require. The board has been in discussion about this and although normally BoWEx would be more than happy to engage in such a contract, circumstances have changed our priorities. Bretonia is embroiled in a bloody war with Gallia, as you may know and we are fighting for our very existence!
However this does not mean we are turning down your request for shipping your freight, merely proposing alternative amendments to the terms of the contract.
Would you agree to our transports meeting your ships to hand over the consignments at Cape Wrath Base in Newcastle or if we can get safe passage from the Council through Roussillon we may be able to get as far as Freeport 6 in Tau-29 GRN patrols permitting?
Please also find attached the pricing proposals for delivery of the commodities; unfortunately because of the war, costs have risen considerably.
As always, it is a pleasure to hear from our Hispanic cousins and I look forward to a long and prosperous working relationship on this supply contract.
Yours in service to the Realm,
Mr J. Barnes

Buonasera, Mr. Barnes. I am Elaria Contari, Alessan's cousin and his equal in all matters relating to the Lance. He is, ah, rather preoccupied at the moment, so I shall respond to your previous message in his stead.
I have given your price list a look, and indeed find it to be rather reasonable, given the times and circumstances. We would prefer if you could attempt to negotiate passage to the Freeport - if not, we would gladly escort your ships there ourselves, if you would trust us with such. Otherwise, we could pick up the supplies from Cape Wrath, but that would take much longer, given our limited capacity for mass transport of heavy material.
Let us know what you think, my friend.

Good day to you, Ms Contari. I am rather sorry for the lapse of communication here. We'll have that rectified shortly. Given your approval of our pricing catalogue, we will be looking to rent space for 18,000 standard tons aboard Freeport 6 or XXI. This should amply cover the storage of materials.
We will, of course, have to pass any additional rental charges on to you as the customer. I am sure this is understandable, and we do our utmost to ensure that these charges (if any) are kept as low as physically possible.
We'll let you know as soon as a booking has been arranged
~Peterson.

Hello again - I've just received a reply from the Freeport XXI Zoners regarding storage space aboard the installation. The little cretins want to charge $20m per week for cargo storage. We'll try and argue them down, but that's the baseline figure. The original transcript can be found here.
Let us know how that figure sits with you.
