Due to comments made in this thread, LNS-Leviathian has been moved to Bastille until proper behavior has been assured. This thread is open only for Saronsen to explain why he was Bastilled and to promise us that a very specific behavior will not happen again.
It's funny really. I have proof in the chatlogs that he was in and involved in fights near the outcast battleships. I have one screenshot, but that'll follow after the chat logs. (Reidft has more, but I'll let you decide if he can post them here)
[03.04.2014 14:15:51] LNS-Leviathan: Scoring hits. Here I was in the middle of a fight, to give you some idea of when it was taking place. We spent a good 8-10 minutes fighting here, during and after Spirit.Of.Fire showed up
[03.04.2014 14:32:46] LNS-Leviathan: I'm gonna cloak and see if I can insta the repair ship
[03.04.2014 14:32:49] Preparing to cloak...
[03.04.2014 14:34:01] Death: LNS-Rainbow_Dash was put out of action by Spirit.of.Fire. (Gun) Spirit.of.Fire, killing a Liberty Dreadnought as I was cloaking up to him and the repair ship. The Repair ship was literally on the Spirit of Fires tail. There's proof of the repair ship being with them for an even longer time, but that's in reidft's hands, not mine.
[03.04.2014 14:34:37] Death: Fixing.Machine was put out of action by LNS-Leviathan. (Gun)
[03.04.2014 14:34:42] LNS-Leviathan: GOT THE BUGGER! And this is where I killed it.
http://i.imgur.com/CQTwTP2.png Tell me, how many friendlies do you see on my scanner? How long do you think I was cruising away from the Spirit of Fire before I took that screen? Not long, since I had to do a full U-turn and get away from him. (I had also sucked up around 1000 regens from the repair ships body) Do you really think he was 'waiting to state his intentions' at that point?
So, regardless of what happened, this should have been over, but you decided to put my ship in bastille. Lovely.
What for, exactly? I'm not certain.
Is it promising the repair ship that I'm going to keep instagibbing him? It is because I promised it OOCly? If so, I'm terribly sorry. But I'm not going to stop doing so.
Uncloaking behind a repair ship and murdering it instantly is the only ONLY way of killing it. I've tried with fighters, bombers, gunboats, and a cruiser to do so, and only with the uncloak was it successful. And until this is changed, I am going to continue instakilling repair ships out of cloak, whether or not it upsets them.
You can keep the Leviathan if this is unacceptable, but I've laid out my defense.
From Reid.

<<< The repair ship was engaged, he was a part of the fighter group that chased my bomber from Rochester to West Point
I'll see if I have any screens
I know I have DS Ace
k I don't have any of him shoot me with the fighters, but I do have some of him at the fight LONG before Saro killed him, and Saro was involved in this fight
Oh ffs
My DSAce is wiped
Well I DID have logs of Saronsen giving a message long before killing the repair ship in the fight, and of me commenting on him shooting before I docked http://imgur.com/yedfQSY,BCwyA8z,slSyyxy#0
You can see him on my scanner, hanging around with the Rogues/Outcasts when we chased them away from Manhattan
I'm sorry that I wasn't clear. This trip to Bastille wasn't due to any ingame event. That has already been covered in the sanction above. I just used the same thread out of convenience. You see, in this thread, you made a bold claim.

But if we look at the rules we see;
Quote: 3.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient and aggressors are not allowed to destroy a ship before allowing sufficient time to respond. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.
Now, you just stated that you were going to willfully ignore the rules, which isn't going to fly. So your cruiser was put in Bastille so that you could not break the rules. The question before me then is simple; do I rest assured that you were simply speaking in the heat of the moment, and wouldn't actually do such a thing, or do I prevent you from breaking this rule across all of your ships?
