If random caps go into the omicrons and farm remains and they are so much of a problem, and nerfing jump drives is not wanted then why not just remove nomad remains from the list and replace it with a whole lot of iridium (or something that you can only get in the omicrons)
I may be wrong but i think you have to get that from some omicron system. That way you still have activity in the omicrons and you don't get random cap rolling about there.
I like Derelect Nomad Artifact or Power Cell more so than Nomad remains. There are also some good Construction commodities that seem under-used at moment: lasers, field-generating equipment, titanium, etc.
I would also think they should cost somewhere around 2/3 the cost of the Cloaks.
Alley, if a person can exit their ZOI as long as they do not engage anyone and without reprecussions, they can just move a bit closer to their destination and then jump 4 systems into 99. We've seen every single BS in the game there. People go there to farm and jump out when a non-NPC nomad appears on the scanner. Usually to the Sigmas. And from there they just fly back to whatever. And GMG are friendly to most BS-wielding factions, minus the OCs and Corsairs.

Also, nothing stops them from getting a coordinate in the same system, 100k off the plane and just jumping there, only to F1.

If one cloak disruptor disables all versions of the Cloaking Devices then I would suggest that the requirements be equal to the largest Cloaking Device (MkII Advanced) and instead of the Nomad Remains something like Energy Field Equipment in a reasonable amount.
