Quote:You genuinely made my day. And with that line you also lost any traces of weight. Negative feedback for the sake of negative feedback is something I don't really appreciate and I won't respond to it.
Thank you and have a nice day
But you are mistaking again, mister. I gave negative feedback to something that happened in-game, not for the sake of negative feedback, I gave negative feedback to answers that were lackluster to say the least. And your solution to this, when you got cornered is the general "I will take my toys and go in the other room and play alone" ?!? Not very professional, mister Protege, not at all. People do not only judge, they also laugh. And I bet they laugh their proverbial arses off right now, seeing this.
I for one got my answer right here. You do not give 1 cent on others unless they are bringing yourself satisfaction in some way or another. As soon as something like this happens (this feedback here), you try those lousy overused excuses and in case those work, you feel satisfied you got off easily, with no real admittance of the mistake. If that do not work, you try bending the original post towards general stuff, game mechanic limitations or third parties faults. Well, this didn't work either. "What to do, what to do?" you asked yourself. "I know, I'll say this feedback is negative just for the reason of being negative and I will say I will not answer it. Yes this should do it. " Well, mister "I do not want to play this anymore" , this ain't exactly how this whole feedback thing works. You do stuff, people have reason to reply in kindness over the feedback thread.
You are still reluctant to step over your ego and admit a mistake you've made. Errare humanum est, perseverare diabolicum.

Quote:And considering this unassertive answer you've given, expect no interaction with our group from now on. Or, maybe expect a gank, a heavy gank, based on the same percepts you yourself used. People read this and judge.
Seems like you pretty much did what you are accusing Protege of in one of your earlier posts in this thread. Just cause an encounter doesn't go your way doesn't mean it is a bad one. As for five million piracy demand, that isn't even that bad especially considering you were hauling base supplies if what I am told is correct(which were no doubt heading towards and installation that was hostile to Outcasts) I personally would have told you to drop it all if I came across and Order convoy with base supplies on my Crimson Cross.
I will not reiterate the difference between using the player list and abusing the player list just because someone is too lazy to read what has been discussed until now and just likes to jump into discussion. If you did read and you are still considering I've done what Protege did then I will be entitled to question your grasp over the things discussed here. Please refrain from polarized views based on personal feelings towards Protege. I get he's your buddy, but seriously, read what has been said.
I have no idea what you're all going on about, but...
Rogue sees a cop on the chat-list, drunks some rum and goes looking for him... no problem. Point being, faction tags or other clues in the call-sign are reasonable means for targeting somebody. On the other hand; a mercenary hunts for a ship he's never before encountered and has absolutely no insight into so far as RP goes (and no bounty declared), but knows it's a particular player... that's meta-gaming and could be covered as per the respective rule.
For example, on Rogue chat on Skype...
“Just wondering... who's that level-90 guy in Cortez?”
“Oh, that's Joe Bloggs and he's hauling base stuff to GRN.”
“Well, I have a BAF ship handy nearby so I'll go blow him up!”
People should be less sensitive about encountering people on a multiplayer server.

I know when enough is enough. No need for those obviously targeted non-personal lines. People will beside their friends, I get that also. More to it, I get I will not find a proper answer here. The fact is some people will not accept their mistakes unless a whole army forces them to do that. I will defuse this and stop posting here. I got enough of a 'response' from all that has been written here (or not as well).
P.S. I will also link this every time someone else will accuse me or the group I am part of trying to avoid or force interaction, from now on. You are part of this community and you are silently accepting these practices. You've had a chance to give a proper explanation, none given. Just the general overused responses or those trying to bend reality. You like this, this will be the norm. Don't cry afterwards for logging ships and others just avoiding your lot.

Axis doesn't speak about being sensitive.

It is about abuse of the Player List, which is all within rules and won't be changed, because it would bring more harm than good - and people abuse Player List because the abusers know that no one can use their obvious abuse as basis of report for metagaming.
What makes such abuse even more scumbag, is the fact that such a move cannot be easily proven or sanctioned - especially when it is word of one against word of the group. I can understand that we are too small in activity to simply not use player list, which is ooRP device, but there is a very thin line between interaction booster and easy blue/easy cash/player abuse.
And that line is crossed too many times.
Choose your poison, but be wary about the fact that at some point people may and will refuse roleplay or any other interaction with certain group or players - even ban them from the events. Just a friendly reminder.
