To: Admiral Hale
Thank you for the promotion sir, I am honored to serve the best Navy in Sirius. I will continue to dedicate my career to the safety and well being of Liberty and her citizens.
Thank you Admiral, and the rest of High Command for this opportunity to better myself. It has been an honor and priveledge to work with such fine officers. I hope to continue to work with the men and women that serve for the protection of Liberty and her people.
Today was my first day as part of the Liberty Navy. And let me tell you, the experience was amazing. I got to fly with some the Navy's finest, and I definitely felt like I was just one of the guys. It's a refreshing experience to be with a group of people that know how to have fun, while not jeopardizing there missions and goals. Even on my first day, I got to do some intense missions, ending the lives of Rogues, Hackers, and other unlawfuls for the greater good. I knew being part of the Liberty Navy was going to be exciting, I just didn't realize it's full potential until today. I hope to one day live the full Liberty Navy experience, and I look forward to flying with all of you very soon.

Greetings Comrades,
Today I lost yet another Defender to those wretches across our border, it seemed to have been Altona that got me this time. Nonetheless I am still alive and came to realise that it was time for a new ship, especially after receiving a very generous donation from somebody (they know who they are, and thanks again). So I bought and fitted out an Executioner with a full load-out of Magma Hammers. After a few assignments in Hampshire, I returned to New York where I was abruptly disrupted on a lane by some "Nightsmoke"... turned out to be a Phantom. He didn't take long in opening fire so I was forced to fight for my life. I fought well for some time but eventually I was cracking, no drones left for repairing and I feared the worst. Then out of the blue appeared Captain William Peters. He asked if I needed assistance but I didn't get the message clearly as I was too busy maneuvering, so he assumed I did and jumped in. Will, you have my absolute gratitude in saving my butt, I was a dead man until you came. With that, the foe soon made like a phantom and ghosted.

Today as confirmed by Corporal James Moore report I encountered a Phantom in my personal fighter and saw him off. Together with Lt Kapinos, NGS Calgary and Cpl Moore the menace Bendak Starkiller was eliminated. 2 further Outcast gunboats named Meat and Jet were taken down in a combined LN & LPI assault. All in all a satisfactory patrol.
*Seth wakes with a start as the small communicator under his pillow starts to vibrate. He reaches under the pillow blindly, groping for the buzzing device, pushing aside the blaster that joined it there every night. Finally his hand clasped it and he flicked it on*
"What?" He demands, still half asleep.
"Congratulations Captain, you've been promoted!"
*Seth pauses for just a second, before almost screaming down the communicator*
"YOU WOKE ME UP AT 2 IN THE MORNING FOR THAT!!?!"
"But...sir, I thought you'd be-"
*Seth sighed*
"Only wake me up if their is a pirate invasion or something that requires my immediate attention...please. But thank you anyway..."
*The man on the other end of the communicator turned it off, and poured himself a stiff whisky. A double. Seth rolled over and went back to sleep*
Congratulations to the newly promoted, and it's a great honour to have you all in our ranks. I'm very pleased with your displays of patriotism and bravery in the face of death, namely in the form of the battleships of our enemy, Rheinland.
Continue to serve as you have, or strive to do better. Liberty needs men like you. (Woman, in the case of Miss Robinson.
Liberty Navy policy regarding the suspension of trade with Rheinland
To start, I am very thankful for the promotion into mid-command. It means a lot to be able to better serve Liberty's interests, especially in this time of war.
I would ask that everyone, especially within the Liberty Navy itself, make themselves aware of the new conditions regarding the embargo with Rheinland that we are currently enforcing. It is of paramount importance that all officers, from fresh recruits to those within High Command, know these conditions inside out. Any and all exceptions to the rules listed there will be present in that document. If they are not present, they are not exempt.
Of course, the terms listed are subject to change. Already, it has undergone its first revision. Please make sure to be absolutely clear on the current embargo protocol.
There is a lot to take in; I can appreciate that. Read it in your spare time, breaks from duty or while on an uneventful patrol. Most importantly, if you see anything amiss with the policies laid out, do not hesitate to notify Admiral Hale. Corrections can always be discussed.

This morning a complete intel sweep of the Hamburg system was made for the war effort. I was able to move fast and avoid any engagements.
The above image is a complete map of the Hamburg system downloaded from my sensor logs.
This image is of the mighty Battleship Westfalen, this Bismark class warship is so heavily shielded it remains in permanent orbit around Planet Kiel. It's armament is impressive and any strike force should avoid this vessel until further research can be done to smash this monster's shields. Perhaps we may be able to get an agent aboard for sabotage.
This image is Vierlande Prison, this Abbey class installation holds roughly 6000 Rhienland criminals. Operated by the Rhienland police it is understood that all criminals sent to this facility have been given life term's.
This image is of Alster Shipyard, an Elbe class installation and birthplace of the Unioner movement. Operated by Republican shipping, a strike at this station should be considered to hamper the economic wealth of Rhienland.
This capture is of Wedel Mining Facility, a Bergen class facility. This installation is remote and operated by the Unioner faction, it is understood that the Unioner's use this facility as a base of opertions for strikes throughout Rhienland.
Cathedral class Altona Station is the next capture, operated by Republican shipping it orbits Planet Hamburg. Commerce is not what it once was at this station as the Liberty trade embargo affects Rhienland's economic wealth in this sector.
Planet Hamburg itself is a cold and grey planet, despite this it has a large bustling population for what is essentially an ice world. Numerous Rhienland warships patrol Hamburg's orbit, making a direct assault on Hamburg problematic at best.

Ah, Julia my dear, you said you'd have time for dinner if I mapped something sure to get you a promotion, or a nod from your bosses at least. Well, heres a sample of what I have.
If the LSF wants you to get more, just give me another relay code to use. Over dinner, prehaps.
