Volksfront exist for some time already, but we are dealing with lack of new blood in this faction.
Thats why I'm asking you, what is so bad or not interesting in our RP.
What is the reason why arent the people interested or even concidering joining up.
Ships, weapons, zoi, RP or my person?

Really, please tell us your opinions and ideas.
Well, this is just a personal opinion. There's nothing wrong with your RP, except for being limited. I mean, it's the same as the LPI and LN, or RFP and RM and so on. In this case, Hessians can do everything you can and more, with better tech and an expanded ZoI.
I'm not sure how to fix this, but to me, it seems the only problem.
Well biggest downside is that I don't see much activity ingame or on forums. so I can't quite connect to what you actually do. Yes I read the faction info but I can't tell much until I see it in space. (And yes I read your MD too).
Quote:As a result, we will have a rather hard time recruiting members since they should be dedicated Role Players AND decent PvP players
If you're holding to this, it is a downside. Since members who are already pretty adjusted to RP and PVP are already obliged by factions. You should be less restrictive about this and teach new members how to became a true VF member. (Again, if this is what you're still holding too).
Quote:We are no conventional pirates: VF members must never demand credits.
This is probably pretty unattractive to people who wants to play unlawful in Rheinland. As much as you're into politics, you're wanted by government which basically makes your life harder. So I would put credit/cargo piracy back. Unless I'm wrong and you can pirate cargo but not credits (which is cool then)
I know your roleplay is pretty much centered about politics, but adding some unlawful things like piracy would make things more interesting. As I see it now, you're there yelling on government and shooting with [RM].
Now these are things I think it would be useful to change, you don't have to agree with me. You know much more about your faction, but this is my point of view as a player who read your info.
PS. I'm sure you as political but still unlawful party could do interesting things. Like taking some transport captain for hostage demanding things from government or alike. There are nice ideas or events that could boost up your activity and bring you more people.
You as well as the other small Rheinland unlawful factions have 2 major problems:
1. Rheinland is not as active as for example Liberty
2. There is nearly nothing you can do that a Hessian cant do. While the Hessian even has the possibility to hunt Corsairs in the Omegas.
Both are things you as a faction can not affect too much.
The next problem is that you dont pirate for Credits, most new players wont see a sense to join a faction just to talk and shoot (While the later will even cause repair costs).
Everything else about you is good and the ingame interactions are fun.
Thank you for your opinions.
You have pointed nearly the same things I was thinking about.

Yes, we are really inactive in game, the reason is obvious:
1. Nobody to interract with
2. We have just few members.

Well, this is kind of outdated, comming from the times when there were actually people around.
Basicly we accept everyone who is in touch with the Rheinland RP. The pvp skills are not so important. The RP of the person has the highest priority.

Same as above, its outdated. Good that you are poiting out these sentenses. I'll change or remove them.
Basicly it applies that the Volksfront members wont go: " Give 2 mil to the revolution or dai"
We like to give the trader actually a chance to RP and give us the money or the goods on his own will.
@ Jensen and rogue_91
Yes the ZoI might be the reason why the faction is not so interesting than the hessians. The same goes for nearly every police faction.
The problem is that the factions cant change it, unless they want to have an OORP extension.
It would be cool if the devs could figure out something to make such factions more attractive. Making a positive discrimination towards them.
As for Rheinland
Hessians have the the best ZoI, weapons, own shipline, even caps.
The bunschuh: smaller ZoI, weak weapons and dont have their own shipline.
The volksfront tried to use the tech sharing to attract people for weapons: IMG and Order technology wasnt enough.
I would like to extend the ZoI, but I cant find an IRP reason for it.
What about extending to Sigma-13? The Hessians aren't there, while the Bundschuh could try and hit the fuel shipments coming from Kusari to Rheinland to stop the Rheinland war machine - which would give a nice excuse for some lane piracy. The system is not as empty as some people imply, ore transports go through there regularly.
I think you should be glad this person made known his wish not to interact with such a concept as politly as possible. People have a choice as to whether they deal with furry roleplay or not. Him and I have differing opinions on this matter however I will not hold anything against the player for what I view to be a responsible action.
He could have said so many more things than he did. He spoke with me regarding this incident and I have to say I back his position.
I'm sorry you're upset but that is just the way things will be.
