This is Elder Lucendez broadcasting from my gunboat, Santo de la Meurtre. I have returned from a long ... vacation. And wish to set up my operations in Delta again as a Nomad and BHG hunter. Not that I had much success in actual hunting practices in the past, but I'm hoping to shore up Corsair defense on our border regions.
I have not been able to gauge the Nomad activity, but any activity is a threat to our neighboring space. A generalized report of Nomad forces and power level would be of immense help, as would recent Bounty Hunter activities in the area.
Finally, although Nomadic assaults on humanity are important, I must stress the danger of the drug known as Cardamine. It has been known to corrupt humans faster than Nomad parasites, infecting society with it's alien and unpredictable influences. Corsair intelligence has also suspected for a long time that Bretonian leadership has been actively spreading the drug, allowing it's consumption with the facade of their legal system. We have also uncovered a possible connection with Cardamine and Alien Organisms that are used aboard Nomad ships, obviously your research pales in comparison but I thought it should be noted.
The point is that Omicron Minor holds a backdoor passage to one of the largest markets for the drug, and I would like permission to patrol the Omicron Minor and Alaska systems for smugglers. (Obviously, any house Liberty military targets will be ignored, as my primary focus will be to defense of held space)

"The thirteen saloons that had lined the one street of Seney had not left a trace. The foundations of the Mansion House hotel stuck up above the ground. The stone was chipped and split by the fire. It was all that was left of the town of Seney. Even the surface had been burned off the ground.
Nick looked at the burned-over stretch of hillside, where he had expected to find the scattered houses of the town and then walked down the railroad track to the bridge over the river. The river was there."

Any additional patrols in omicron minor and omicron delta would be greatly appreciated. The order is a small organization and doesnt have the manpower to be everywhere at once.
Recent activity among the elite nomads known as the "keepers" has increased. Keeper battleship-class organisms have been sighted near order space, however most Keepers encountered are using bomber-class organisms within omicron minor and delta.
You have clearance from the order guard to enter omicron 100 in pursuit of cardamine and slave smugglers if it is deemed necessary, so long as you maintain safe distance from order stations within the system. With the Pakhet undergoing drydock maintenance and repairs, we've been unable to patroll omicron 100 recently, and smuggler activity has risen once again.
"the keeper activity has increased lately. two battleships have been seen on the long range scanners lately with increasing frequency - the harbinger and the infinity ( if we can trust the sensor data from the satelite ). wings of bombers have also been reported and the activity has spread deep into alaska even, where my informants lost track on them.
currently the freeport hosts an elite battlegroup of the guild aswell. - they have hired the place for pure defensive purpose from what i know - but thats not my business but the stations commanders. bounty hunters have increased their activity at the same rate as the nomads have.
resupply and traders still come in regularly but not at an increasing rate. - there is still no shortage of good though, so all is fine. there hasn t been any occasion where i had to power up the persephones systems to activly defend against any threat.

Thank you to you both for your reports of the situation. The Bomber and Battleship organisms worry me, obviously. However, my crew is stalwart in the defense of our homes and interests.
Bounty Hunters taking refuge on the Freeport is nothing new, but I would like to stress that they are here for their own interests and agendas. Friction may become unavoidable in the near future.

If you are an ally of Bs|, meaning TBH, Benitez, etc. you have clearance to enter Omicron 100. Independant Corsairs however, do not, and require authorization.
With the issue of cardamine, I will talk with the Order High Command to determine a definitive stance towards it. I've always looked at it as a hostile substance.
We have patrols around our systems, which are 2 right now. My gunboat, the Helvet is a ship designed for patrolling.
And for your curiosity Aki, the Pakhet isn't the only thing being developed at Evora, wait 'till you see this Rear Admiral's new toy, hahaha.
Anyways, help from allies is always welcome. I've also seen an increase in keeper activities and have managed to see some without any shots being fired which is good, I enjoy to communicate with them.
Well that's it for now then, hit me up if you need anything else.
