Why corporations can't hire ulawfuls to fight off their rivals? I mean, there are Hogs and Dragons for Samura-Kishiro feud, but what about Pirate ID players? Or Pirate ID player making ceasefire with GMG to fight off the Kruger from Sigmas, which is by rules server violation - but is VERY logical in the roleplay, as Pirate ID could target only certain enemies.
There are still bounties, but...
Oh yes, it reminds me. Given Liberty Navy and Rheinland Military, during their skirmish are attacked by Nomads/Wilde force, is it OK to the rules if they unite for a while against bigger threat (as it would be kind of violation of IDs?)

You mean the inverse, no? As I believe, only the GMG have a diplomacy and rep against the indie pirates. Of course the pirate can attack the Kruger in the sigmas, within the limitations of the ID. The GMG can do it even easier. What they can't do, and this is what you are asking, is making a combined effort against Kruger. Anything that raises suspicion of such arrangement is liable for a ID violation sanction (the GMG I suspect).

Well, I said there's a very thin line with allying and working on their own accord (and those are confused very often), because, from server rules point of view, GMG must help Kruger first (against pirate), then has a possibility pirate/attack Kruger - what doesn't make any sense from roleplay POV, as GMG and Kruger are mortal enemies.
TL;DR: Pirate and GMG are fighting each other in Sigmas and Kruger arrives... so what Kruger have to do? Watch? Help GMG? Help Pirate? Try to kill both?
TL;DR 2: There is a confusion between 1) two factions working independently against one foe by accident, and 2) factual alliance i.e. where two different factions planned coordinated assault BEFORE meeting the enemy.

There's actually not much confusion when it honestly comes down to it.
In regards to TLDR 1: Kruger could do any of the 4 options that you mentioned. That would be entirely up to the player.
In regards to TLDR 2: The admins have made it very clear that shooting the same targets doesn't make you allies (and you won't be sanctioned for it). Coordinating or grouping with someone you should be enemies with to target a 3rd party WILL get you sanctioned though. Again, take a look through some of the sanction threads for what exactly people have been whacked for in the past.
I just wrote that to make sure about myself, if LN and RM is firing each other, I can hop into action and start shooting either side (with proper RP of course) - just that.

You'd be perfectly fine doing that. Just make sure you don't join the RM or LN group or use PMs to coordinate attacks or anything

I'd sit an encounter like that out until one side is gone, and then cleanup the remaining forces.
While it's not directly breaking a rule, it can be taken as you helping the opposing side if you join in like that. That's when things get complicated, and sanction reports come over our desk. Depending on the evidence given, we might take action, sometimes we won't. It's case by case, depending on what we're able to dig up.
While directly, it's not breaking a rule. You're free to do it as you'd like. Be careful about it though.

In fact I believe the "allying" in ID rules work like this:
- cooperation and PM-ing BEFORE engagement
- being in the same group
While the indirect help works like this:
- not being in same group
- no coordinated plan before engagement
- you may be shot down by the group whom you sided with
