HC as you said is non-existent \ if @Legionnaire gets access to the Banks etc and we build a new HC.
thats an old meme

The RM ID is pretty much the worst military faction ID in the entire game. Several player requests were answered with nothing until Sindroms showed up and fixed our ZoI in Texas.
Last time I checked the RM battleship that was supposed to be moved there hasn't been beamed yet, and the roleplay done about the Omegas and Dresden hasn't been even looked at by the devs despite le many skype messages. Roleplay with Bretonia was completely halted because they refuse to answer any form of message in skype since FallenKnight made el big drama, and despite that there was 1 more event planned for Rheinland with RHA, Wesker's ban and the general attitude shown by the regular playerbase in Rheinland was disgusting at best.
Raiding Mu is pretty much the one and single source of actual activity that doesn't imply chasing cloak cau VIII vidars in stuttgart, and raiding that is asking for legates or titans against wraiths. I can deal with that, but most people don't enjoy shooting at one of the most imbalanced groupfight ships in the game while getting razor spammed by caps.

You mean the ban that was made out of frauded evidence (which only lasted 1 day mind you and the other ban was also off of bad reason) by members of a certain circlejerk the bundestag chat that have tried to and still consistently try to get me banned? Rheinlands playerbase is like any other playerbase. It's most certainly not worse than the corsair playerbase or the LNS indie player base or the LR playerbase. Using the houses playerbase as an excuse when its not liberty, the corsairs, or Kusari is a garbage excuse not to hold more events. The only people you should be pointing fingers at are the devs and admins that decided to throw the event out the window apparently because "lol fuck rheinland and wesker and yber".
The playerbase displayed a disgusting perfomance before, during and after your ban regardless of what caused it, and even before that, yes, devs and admins went full "lol nope".
There's no need for forum trial at this point I don't think. Hopefully with the change of leadership in DHC we can resume the last event some time soon.

When did it? You won the RM vs RHA event in stuttgart and you yourself on skype told me you had no problem with MRGA. Why are you blaming the playerbase? Sorry but using bans based off of frauded evidence and blaming the playerbase when it wasn't their fault is something I'm not gonna approve of.

Unfortunately the RM HC doesn't exist any more. Perhaps the indies could have some influence? In its absence, maybe the push should be ordered by the Bundestag, and performed by the indies until the officials are back on their feet?
I would like to explain my opinion about this part of the 2 problems @Thunderer
I think that Rhienland suffered from an incredible amount of drama incidents in past few months, including bad moves that repelled a great chunk of the active players database off the Bundestag space. There is faction imbalance and problems concerning players being in the same 2 factions that act as rivals in the same space. There are factions that show up in almost 20 members online at the same time for certain incidents and then disappear and you never see this size of activity from them again unless another similar incident happen. There is also a big problem about factions acting completely outside of its role play course, for example groups that suppose to be lawful act as unlawful and groups that suppose to be revolutionary act like terrorists. Groups that should act as angry mobs, act completely different from their cause and goal in role play.
All these are just factors that ended up in alienating players from Rhienland space and now there is no active HC for almost all the corporations in there, and the government is not active at all. The space there need no enhancements regarding the game mechanics, but actually it need balance regarding the problems that repel players from being there.
