What would that be good for? That would just make it more of a terrorist ID and definitely not benefit the nomad roleplay motivation. Nomads can get their pews already in Mu and Delta. Do you want nomad indies invading New York the way K'hara does? One-way tickets? I'd rather log a rogue/outcast for that and spare myself the 30 minutes of flight, especially if you want to take the cloak away.

If we had those one way jumpgates it'd be another story, or if the Nomads had some docking points.
Unless those are addressed, then really it's hard.

Nah, that's promoting nomads to be nothing else than NPCs, and that's not what we want on the RP server. We already have K'hara with a terrorist ID that has basically what Spazzy proposed. And you see how beneficial it is to the server. ;3
Leave it to the individual players to decide what way they roleplay their nomads instead of promoting soulless pew even more. That's literally the last thing we want to enforce on the server, as interacting with nomads is something that motives people to distance from the black-white-thinking.

This. Nomads in NY is ameh idea. They've got things to do in the omicrons not lulzing in the whole sirius
Just to point out what the issue with nomads in house space is,
45m10s
Just for the lulz, I took my nomad trial morph and followed Sovereign to New Berlin. Sovereign, a K'hara Irra, has infinite cloak. I myself didn't activate autobuy on my morph, so I flew around without cloak. Result is simple: Once you are not cloaked and targetable, hostiles ally in order to fight the nomad. Yeah, fine, lore-wise that's totally okay. Gameplay-wise and in terms of fairness, it's crap, though. RFP ignored a Hessian indie cruiser for the time being, not that there was much to expect from the lolwut cruiser, and both were repeatedly trying to catch me, a little nomad morph, while they throw in a cruiser and a snub that are supposed to be hostile. It's the best example of what the nomad playerbase receives once they enter house space. It's simply not attractive to nomad players. So if you want cheap pews, go either to conn or attend on Spazzy's PvE events with badass 3k range instakilling NPC snubs.
This shows how important the cloak is for nomad players. You need something to keep distance, stay untargetable, if you wish to not die instantly with the cheapest roleplay. Again, yes, humans and nomads are arch enemies. Fine, that would make playing nomads really boring, as they would be only for pew on horribly unbalanced (especially in their current state!) ships, as the Rabisu and the Adad are the only valuable ships currently. PvP-wise.
I do not see why every indie ID can create mayhem in Omicrons with cap ships, but Nomad indies cannot.
As long as Nomad caps are kept in the Omicrons, why bother? I do not see the difference between e.g. Core killing everything in Delta or Nomads doing the same.
Unlock it.
It will also make Nomads more attractive in Omicrons and give humanity a "unifying enemy", something that is needed in Omicrons to make the playing field realistic.

We're exchanging our opinions here, remember?
I find pvp-heavy nomads to be more needed for RP-rich, hostile(!) enviroment than some cloaked battleships who throw out some *** here and there with no real consequences for anyone (and don't forget all the accusations of power/metagaming that usually follow). Maybe you find that kind of RP interesting, but I, for one, never really liked it and would rather RP with some Wilds.
There's some nomad-related RP (all the Wilds, Wesley Cooper, LNS Tundra) that is interesting and logical enough, but 90% of it is really made out of nothing - because actually there shouldn't be most of it. They're aliens, artificial creatures united by common mind. They shouldn't really be your chat companions, their RP is to shoot you. (I'm not nomad player and never intended to be one)
