Yeah, so, whilst on my eternal quest to explore new graphics and new sigilizations and to bravely photoshop where none have photoshopped before...
Oh, I'll cut the chase already. Basically, I can't figure out how to get rounded corners on a picture/sig. Nor could I find a tutorial about it that actually works.
Yes, the image itself is all done; just need the rounded corners.
I just use the autoshape thing to make rounded corners. It looks like this in Photoshop CS3 on the left-hand window:
What you want to do is make your canvas start with 300px per square inch so that the corners won't be pixelated when rounded, then select the rounded rectangle autoshape and make the rectangle you want. Right-click and select "Make selection" and do so without feathering (or with it if you want, I guess, but I don't tend to use fuzzy edges). Press Ctrl+Shift+I to invert your selection, then press delete. Your shape should now be isolated.
Hope that was understandable:unsure:.

Or, instead of hitting delete once you have your selection, put all of your layers into a group and put a layer mask of the selection on it. That way it's always editable.

What he said. I just get annoyed with having layers upon layers, but it's safer if you need to go back later on.

This way is great but to make the edges very round you probably wan to make a circle selection with the marque tool the same height (or length the sig's border/sides you want to make round and then with a rectangle the same height fill in the parts of the signature you do want.
