All miners up until this point have been paid. There are really too many to list here, but the total number of credits comes to approximately 200 million.
Erio.Aughust held the record for most mined units for the longest time, but then we had a Mafic miner by the name of Guss set up shop and he has been mining in earnest ever since.
I would like to thank all the transport pilots who have helped empty the DSBs Brilliance and Radiance. Unfortunately, the Brilliance is still full and the Radiance is filling up. We need more transports!
Work is underway for a web-based system to keep track of mined units, shares, and profits. Hopefully it will help save some paper and resist entropy.
Anyone who feels they should have been paid but haven't been, please post here. There has been quite a bit of confusion on some fronts, though I am reasonably certain all the ore on the Barges has been accounted for. Complain at will, we'll do what we can to appease.
Both the Brilliance and Radiance are now empty, we need miners!
Eyvind Wrote:Kudos to all the various legal and social misfits that set about scratching the DSB Brilliance tonight. It may not have been the most enjoyable experience for everyone, but most of the people I spoke to after said they enjoyed it and thought the outcome was reasonable.
We will be organizing efforts such as this into a nice, fun, and fair event soon. If you are interested, keep your eyes peeled. You can also sign up here, as always, and be notified.

// Just want to say that this operation has greatly restored my hope of actual roleplay on Discovery. I very much appreciate all the work and planning that Eyvind and all the DSE folks before me have put into getting this operation going, and I have every intention of progressing it even further.
Hello! My name is Ishimori Kedri, and I would be happy to help with your mining efforts.
I'm something like a freelance miner. I sign on with one group or another for an extended period of time, help them out, and move on.
My ship is an old "Dacite" Heavy Miner. Picked it up cheap, and it's got a lot of mileage on it, but it still does the job it was built for. My ID and IFF change with whatever company I'm working with. My "Default" is Miner ID, no IFF, but if I feel like I want to sign on with DSE for an extended period of time, I'll see if I can't wrangle up the proper identification for it.
