[font=Franklin Gothic Medium]The Code-Name of the project, =748=, is not to be used on any other Order Vessel. Many parts of statistical data has been omitted from this archive to preserve its classified state, as many of the systems/drives are based on new or experimental grounds.
The personnel of the =748= project was based on those who were trusted members of the Order, remained part of the Order for an extended period of time, and who specialised in certain outlets. The crew will be a slightly experienced crew, although the crew would have to adapt to new working environments. However, the specialisations that were needed to partake in the =748= project needed the following:
Has tactful battle co-ordination, applies basic rules, but adapts to new frontiers
Experienced in various weapon specialisations.
Medical expertise that is on advanced levels
Main Reactor Engineering, engineers altered weapon configurations
Ability to use sensors to optimised levels
Navigational commands and expertise needed
Must be able to use enhanced Order computerised mechanics
Young determination and talent
Those chosen who have such as the above were given thorough consideration, and were multiple grounds, not just a single specification. More details of those who qualified are included in this file.
Proceeding with vessels that have been commissioned...

The pinnacle of the =748= Fleet, the Acropolis is an Osiris class vessel built to act as the flagship of the =748=, a support craft, and as a research vessel. The Acropolis features defence systems, a fire control system, and an Order crafted sensor distortion device. This enables the flagship, although large, to reach areas undetected, and act as a support vessel in the most unkindly environments. The Acropolis is equipped with the latest basic and advanced drives and systems, in order to fulfill the purpose as a self-sustained flagship. The Osiris class vessel is riddled with primary batteries and heavy artillery weapons in order to protect itself from varying classes of craft, and to provide support to allied craft nearby. Projects ideologised by researchers and scientists onboard the Acropolis are handed to researchers aboard the Caliban - which handles most of the research, then the projects are forwarded for manufacture aboard the Acropolis.
Known Information Review by the Order
Originally an experimental vessel designed by the LSF and LN, the original Osiris and its designs were stolen by defecting Order agents. The current design abandons the dangerous and volatile cloaking technology in favour of increased armour and bigger engines. The Osiris is still used as a strike battleship, heavy hitting and lightly armoured it packs a punch that even the Liberty Dreadnought can't match for it's size. The Osiris has been the base model for a number of recent capital vessels designed by the Order. Even the Corsairs want this vessel in active service although the Order is loathe to allow even it's vague allies access to this ship.

The Caliban (A Resheph Reconnaissance Cruiser) was one of the first five of its class to be commissioned for deep space exploration and reconnaissance of Sirius. The most notable features of the Caliban include advanced sensor detection - hardwired with proximidity detectors, the most advanced of sensor distortion devices crafted by the Order to this date, and its ability to remain undetected whilst carrying out long range scans. Another primary function of the Caliban includes extended E.C.M (Electronic Countermeasures) output, which enables the vessel to re-direct enemy fire probability by four hundred percent, and when applied along with the distortion devices, it can double the efficiency. The Caliban also features an E.C.C.M (Energy Allocated to Negate Electronic Countermeasures) power array, a one-of-a-kind. This device can tap into an enemy drives and disrupt their weapon accuracy. The Caliban is however, a support vessel, capable of advanced weapon systems. Practically all =748= projects are designed onboard the Caliban, with the use of its perplexing technology.
Known Information Review by the Order
Though being an organization possessing awe inspiring means of destruction, the Order's primary purpose has always been one of vigilance. Working under the philosophy that the best war that is won before it begins, the Resheph was commissioned. Possessing scanning technology of dizzying sophistication, rumoured to be able to create tunnels through which distant stars can be scanned in real time, in a frame capable of incredible feats of stealth with evasive technology capable of ferrying it safely from the grimmest encounters.

[font=Franklin Gothic Medium]Commissioning of the 748-Miranda
[font=Franklin Gothic Medium]Also of the first five of its class, the Hathor Gunboat class Miranda is a strike class vessel capable of dealing damage in quick succession to designated targets. The Miranda has adapted ten years of particle accelerator research conducted by scientists on Toledo by enabling its weapon batteries to fire in quick succession. A slightly changed feature of the Miranda's weaponry is that it explodes on proximidity. Along with the blast radius from the proximidity of the projectile, the weapon systems use Beta radiation to spread over whole organic masses (like nomads) - which causes the nomad vessels to become slower in its responsiveness, allowing further damage to be applied. The Miranda has also adapted an enlarged power capacity for deep space exploration - this makes an enormous difference when in the edge worlds. The Miranda, along with the other =748= vessels, has a mobile research division, although, not merely as advanced as the Caliban or the Acropolis.
Known Information Review by the Order
When the Zoners constructed their gunboat, a more offensive variant prototype was developed at the same time. This design was then secretly shared with the Order, who then developed plans for large scale construction. Thus was birthed the Hathor. Acting mainly as an anti-fighter/bomber ship, this successful class rapidly became the most produced capital class vessel in the Order. With an advanced reactor and superior targeting system, the Hathor has superior firepower, to meet the needs of its intended role: to reduce any hostile scouts trying to penetrate Order territory to their core, flaming components.
Statistical Information:
Armaments:
2 x Order Gunboat Turret Mk I (Class 8)
- The Order Gunboat Turrets are the Mirandas primary defensive weapon, they are particularly more powerful against fighters and bombers, but is an average weapon against other gunboats. This weapon does not excel against Cruiser class ships and higher. Has been altered with Beta radiation, to excel against Nomad fighters, as they are organic and dont respond well to Beta rays.
2 x Gunboat Pulse Cannon (Class 8)
- The general Pulse Cannon is efficient verses shields, but does near to no hull damage on its target. Since these Pulse Cannons are slow, their main forte is against other gunboats, although it does some damage against Cruisers, but not widely efficient against such targets. The Pulse Cannons on the Miranda have been altered, the projectile hits the target, spreading over the targets shields, crippling every point. This is normal for pulse cannons, except it has been altered to allow Beta radiation to do more damage by slowly wearing down the targets shields.
4 x Gunboat Battle Razor (Class 8)
- The general Battle Razor is efficient verses hull, although slightly decreased against shielding on designated targets. Gunboat Battle Razors are fairly slow, but the Mirandas targeting system allows the Battle Razors to be fired and hit fairly accurately on fast moving ships such as fighters and bombers. The Battle Razors have been altered slightly to provide a larger damage capacity, at the expense of using more energy. But since the Miranda has an enlarged power capacity, it isnt under any stress when using such weapons. Battle Razors efficiency is against other gunboats, and slightly cruisers, but not widely efficient against such targets. The targeting system allows it to be fired upon fighters and bombers, dealing large quantities of damage in one accurate shot.

[font=Franklin Gothic Medium]Primary Personnel of the =748= Fleet
[font=Franklin Gothic Medium]
The =748= project is abnormal from usual fleets, as the whole fleet consists of the same specialised crew. When a person, who has a primary command, leaves the vessel, the next trusted member of the particular occupation/speciality takes command. However, the selected individuals who joined for the =748= project are as follows:
Order Guard Commander Rhys Filmore
Leading the =748= Fleet
Name: Rhys Filmore
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Height: 178cm
Weight: 68kg
Eye Colour: Blue
Nationality: Kusarian
Previous Allegiance: Kusari Naval Forces
Primary Role: Commander
Overview:
Born on Planet Honshu, was enrolled into a Kusari Naval Forces Academy at a very early age, and advanced quicker than any other student. Rhys then took up piloting bombers, and is most comfortable when using one. He stayed with the Kusari Naval Forces until a particular mission caused him to stumble across Das Wilde, Nomad infested Rheinlanders, but was saved by a Corsair. Was given the co-ordinates to the Edge worlds, and decided to explore them. Rhys then traversed through several systems until finally coming across Omicron Minor, however, is engaged by Nomads. Rhys is then saved by a pilot named 'Christopher Dangen' who later offers Rhys to join the Order. Rhys accepts, and goes into training with Christopher Dangen to become a skilled bomber pilot, (at this point, he then chose to change his name to "Rhys Filmore, previously being known as "Risu Fumore"). His skills are noticed, and he was given temporary command of a cruiser class vessel for an extended period of time. Superiors notice Rhys' tactful co-ordination, despite being of such a young age, and planned to centre a project among younger members with high achieving skills of the Order, which was to become the =748= project, having Rhys Filmore as its Commander.

Further personnel of the =748= project are below, however, pictorial viewings of their faces are not included.
Name: Liam Frazer
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Height: 182cm
Weight: 75kg
Eye Colour: Brown
Nationality: Libertonian
Previous Allegiance: Liberty Security Force
Primary Role: Navigator (XO: Second in Command)
Overview:
Born on Planet Los Angeles, was enrolled into West Point Military Academy where he excelled as a fighter pilot. He later left school as an elite fighter pilot, and was offered an occupation in the Liberty Navy. Liam accepted, and carried out dangerous missions single handed. The Liberty Security Force noticed his talents, and offered him to join the LSF, by which he would receive a fully out-fitted Avenger fighter. Liam accepted this also, but his allegiance to the LSF didn't last long. His work in Alaska caused him to believe rumours of an alien civilisation among Sirius. Relying on sensor surveying for three months, searching for any high energy signatures, Liam finally found the Omicron Minor jump hole. On seeing the jump hole, Order agents, appearing out of nowhere, ordered him to power down his ship and explain himself. Liam gave a sound answer, and was offered to join the Order, which he readily accepted. He became a renowned fighter pilot, before being offered to work as a Navigator on a cruiser. Liam accepted, and his skill of navigation became known in the Order. As such, Liam was recommended for the =748= project, as a navigator and as second in command.
Overview:
Born on Planet Leeds, Jonathan had a keen interest in mechanics and weaponry statistics. He was enrolled into an engineering corporation on Leeds, his pin-point mathematics and science combined to make him an excellent engineer. At this, Jonathan was offered an occupation to work as an engineer of the Bretonian Armed Forces, where he spent a couple of years building capital ships. However, his attitude changed when on vacation to Rheinland, the armoured transport he was onboard was attacked by the Wild; only a couple of the passengers escaped in pods. Jonathan was fortunately one of them, and he ended up being picked up by a Corsair group. Jonathan was offered to join the Corsairs, but after hearing Jonathan's story, they transported him to Omicron Minor where he was to find his own path. Jonathan became an engineer of the Order, and started engineering fighters. His excellence towards engineering led him to become one of the best engineers of the Order, and was allowed to work on Capital ships. Soon after, he was recommended for the =748= project.
Name: Dr. Jason Chance
Gender: Male
Age: 25
Height: 179cm
Weight: 78kg
Eye Colour: Dark Blue
Nationality: Libertonian
Previous Allegiances: Deep Space Engineering
Primary Role: Archaeologist, Lead Scientist
Overview:
Jason was born on Planet Manhattan, where he was enrolled into West Point Military Academy, but later quit seeing as being in the military wasn't part of his agenda. Instead, Jason was employed by Cryer Pharmaceuticals for roughly a year. During that year though, Jason was involved in research on Cryer's most advanced projects. Later, Jason involved himself into the Deep Space Engineering companies, where he was transferred to the Chugoku Gate Construction Site in Hokkaido. There seemed to be a lack of scientists on board the site to study the star's varying radiation, and this gave Jason an opportunity. He then became the most renowned scientist onboard the station, but later was short lived. During a experiment, one of the scientists locked Jason inside an escape pod and shot him into space, whom we believe to have a grudge against Dr. Chance, because of his superior expertise. Kusari Wild soon found the drifting escape pod, and were about to tractor the pod in, but an Order squadron nearby eliminated them before they could touch the pod. Jason was taken back to Omicron Minor, where he studied Nomad manuscripts, their archaeology, and the biology of various planets, including that of Toledo. His expertise led him to become recommended into the =748= project.
Overview:
Adam Mason was born on Freeport 11, and very quickly became aware of the nomad presence in Omicron Delta. He became familiar with many advanced computers in Freeport 11, and became one of the air traffic controllers. He then started creating his own sensory equipment, and actually applied it to Freeport 11, enabling it to hail vessels at a further two hundred metres, while scanner range was increased slightly. Overall, it was a huge success on his part. After three months, Adam boarded a small craft, and headed out of Freeport 11 to analyse the sensor's range. He was unfortunately intercepted by a nomad patrol, and only realised once his hull was at 20%. Adam managed to eject just in time, and was later picked up by an Order recon squadron. He decided to join the Order, after his changed attitude towards Nomads after his near-death experience. His computerised expertise became known very quickly, and led him to become the Sensors Manager of the =748= project.
Name: Jamie Press
Gender: Male
Age: 23
Height: 181cm
Weight: 73kg
Eye Colour: Green
Nationality: Liberty
Previous Allegiances: Liberty Navy
Primary Role: Weapon Specialist (In use with Mortars, Battle razors, and Pulse Cannons)
Overview:
Jamie Press was born on Planet Manhattan, and was enrolled for a small time into the West Point Military Academy, until noticing fighters and bombers werent to his liking. Instead, Jamie accepted an occupation to work at Detroit Munitions, where he learnt how to manufacture and operate various weaponry. He was assigned to crafting the heaviest artillery weapons, and he later started attempting to design his own types of weapons, namely mortar class weapons. Although he never managed to test his new concepts, he was transferred to Kodiak Research Station in Alaska. He provided a great deal of work to the LSF, but the LSF never really understood his radical concepts. Some of the LSF thought he was blatantly crazy, and that his designs could put not only the enemy target in danger, but the vessel firing the weapon had slight chances that it would cripple its own hull from the inside. However, this was not the case, mainly because they didnt understand his advanced techniques of safety precautions. However, they later allowed Jamie to test some of his concept designs outside the station; unfortunately nomads seemed to drift towards the station at the same time, and saw the transport (that Jamie was on, conducting surveys). The nomads layered the hull in seconds, and the crew onboard, including Jamie, managed to escape unharmed, but were drifting off into space. He was later found by an Order patrol, and they settled him down on Toledo. Jamie began conducting work for the Order, and to his extent, his hard work and devotion to his task paid off, which led to the recommendation.
Name: Nigel Clarks
Gender: Male
Age: 23
Height: 181cm
Weight: 73kg
Eye Colour: Yellow
Nationality: Kusarian
Previous Allegiances: Liberty Security Force
Primary Role: Weapon Specialist (Main batteries, primary weapons)
Overview:
Born on Planet Denver, although raised in Liberty, Nigel had a Kusarian bloodline, but his parents chose a more English alternative to his name. Nigel enrolled himself into a flight academy on the Battleship Rio Grande, where he made close friends and became quite a formidable fighter pilot. His successful squadron was noticed, and he was soon transferred to patrol outskirts of Liberty. One of such outskirts of Liberty was the Badlands, which the squadron used to patrol on a regular basis for pirate activity. However, during one patrol in the Badlands, his squadron stumbled across a large Nomad fleet. His squadron tried to escape, but his friends for falling all around him. He barely managed to get out of the Badlands alive, but he was the only one left in his unit. Confused and angry, he swore to himself to one day deal with the threat in the best possible way. He was later transferred to Juneau Shipyard, although in his mind he was planning to find the organisation that might help him, The Order. He planned his escape, and enacted it, managing to escape from the high security station. He hacked into Juneau's navigation grid and was able to get a rough analysis on the Order jump hole, Omicron Minor. He managed to get to Toledo, and people, although he didn't know them, came to greet him. Nigel's fighter piloting days were over, but it didn't mean he wouldn't fulfil his promise. Instead, Nigel studied quantum mechanics and advanced engineering. His sheer determination to the task baffled his superiors. He was later recommended into the project.
Name: Daniel Stiles
Gender: Male
Age: 26
Height 184cm
Weight: 81kg
Eye Colour: Hazel
Nationality: Liberty
Previous Allegiances: Liberty Navy
Primary Role: Medical Doctor
Overview:
Daniel was born on Planet Texas, and was enrolled into various medical studies. His ability to quickly adapt to different circumstances of patients and his quick memory earned his mark in the medical files. He was employed by the Liberty Navy to be their lead doctor for any injuries or abnormalities which occurred on any of the Navy personnel. This occupation kept him busy for around three years, until he was transferred to Prison Station Fairbanks, as the prisoners there were becoming critically unhealthy. However, this occupation didn’t last as long, when a Navy person was taken aboard the station, he started behaving erratically and aggressively, and they soon noticed that he was infected by Nomads. They were unable to stop it taking control of the body, and they had to destroy the man. Having had lost his father in his early years, this almost seemed like a re-enactment of what had occurred when he also died. At the time of his father’s death, his case was known as an ‘incurable disease’ but to this day, the disease that killed his father is now a common cure. But again, this ‘disease’ or infection of the Nomads was like an incurable disease, and therefore, accessing the memory files of the Liberty Navy, located the Order and defected the Liberty Navy. He strives to become one of the best doctors in the Order, and probably the best doctor in Sirius. Lately, his skills have been readily noticed, and led to the recommendation for =748=.
