[color=#FFFFFF]“Justice without force is powerless; force without justice is tyrannical."
[color=#aac5f7]These powerful words were the foundation on which Zane King, more known as “Raziel”, built the notorious group which name would be uttered through the various corners of Liberty. Law-abiders and criminals alike, both feared the potential disorder the Hale’s Angels could cause with their perpetual presence and fundamental ideologies. Ironically their very goal in Liberty was to construct a society of stability, one that would be solely operated through their vision of justice.
"Sacrifice is a necessary cost to uphold true justice."
Dictated by their codes of conduct, known to them as “The Five Principles”, they execute justice in all sorts of manners. Sometimes by persuading criminals to abandon their cause and live their lives through The Five Principles, other times through physical force remove those who are deemed “hopeless” and where death is the only option.
"Justice appears in many forms."
In the present time the Hale’s Angels have managed to establish contact with several underground supporters, some who are considered to be their main financial providers. The organization itself assemble in the various Freeports located around the outer sectors of Liberty, they have also been rumored to reside in the Barrier Gate on numerous occasions.

Faction Views
[color=#FFFFFF]Phantoms
[color=#aac5f7]One of the most disgusting types of people found in Sirius. The Hale's Angels may not know much about the Phantoms but the horrific events that some members have witnessed conducted by these sadistic monsters are enough proof for them to know that they must be eradicated in the name of justice.
Hellfire Legion
[color=#aac5f7]Notorious for being a band of traitors in the eyes of the lawful authorities stationed in Liberty, the Hale's Angels might accept the reasons behind members of the Hellfire Legion abandoning their former factions, but they do not accept the enormous amount of criminal activities conducted by them. Several actions that falls under the category of terrorism have been conducted by these scumbags and as such they are treated as one.
The Order
[color=#aac5f7]Just like the Hale's Angels, The Order wants to remove all alien activity that is present in Sirius. However, The Order have been the primary villain in many events that have resulted in civilian casualties. Something the Hale's Angels simply cannot tolerate and therefore will on sight attack Order pilots in order to enforce justice on those that have fallen in their hands.
Outcasts
[color=#aac5f7]The Phantoms may be viewed from the eyes of the Hale's Angels as the most despised people in Sirius, the Outcasts are not that very far behind. The reason is very simple, cardamine. This substance have been the reason why so many innocent people have fallen into corruption, both physically and mentally. The Hale's Angels are aware that the Outcasts have a huge criminal network which spans all over Sirius and the powerful connections that they possess. Simply belonging to this group signals the Hale's Angels that the pilot in question is part of a greater evil which must be destroyed at all costs
Neo Terran Front
[color=#aac5f7]The Neo Terran Front were considered regular civilians until the Hale's Angels had received intelligence regarding the nature of their group and their alliances in Liberty. Not only have they actively assisted Hellfire Legion members on numerous occasions, but they also possess several combat vessels including a Battleship.
Corsairs
[color=#aac5f7]Several years ago when Zane King along with two of his companions fled to the Omicrons in an attempt to avoid detection from Liberty's authorities, they stumbled upon a group known as the Corsairs. These people were proud to mention how skilled they were in pirating merchants and murdering anyone who stands in their way. However, there are many of them who seem to be rather peaceful which has been the reason why the Hale's Angels have decided to not openly attack them if sighted. Instead, pilots found in Liberty which are affiliated to the Corsairs are given a choice to leave, however if they refuse, there will be no mercy.
Mercenaries
[color=#aac5f7]The Hale's Angels have mixed views regarding mercenaries. Those who solely performs escorts and protection for clients are not looked down upon. However, that certain group which most likely consists of the majority of mercenaries in the business today, kill people for money. They Hale's Angels dislike these types but do not openly engage them unless they are found conducting any sort of criminal activity, including taking illegal bounties.
Bounty Hunters
[color=#aac5f7]Bounty Hunters are generally respected by the Hale's Angels due to the mindset they have behind killing people for money, and who exactly they are hunting. Since Bounty Hunters attack only criminals and since many share the common motivation to do so in order to provide a more secure Sirius, the Hale's Angels do very rarely engage in conflict with them. However, there are exceptions even here, if they are found breaking any laws and if they are from the eyes of the Hale's Angels unjustly attacking a pilot, they will be shot down.
[color=#aac5f7]All corporations and independent merchants are treated equally regardless of their background. The Hale's Angels do not for example share the same views on Rheinlanders as the military branches of Liberty do. If they carry any contraband or if they are found conducting other forms of criminal activities, they are to be engaged.

This is an idea you have? because it looks pretty nice or is this already in existence?
Either way it looks pretty fun.. Um you seemed to have brought up most of the factions that are really of any importance to you (specially because keepers do tend to like liberty some days) but you might also want to bring up the fact that should keepers attack.. are you going to work with the order who show up to help or are you going to create a giant brawl? because it would seem like you have the choice to make an exception during multiple factions showing up... like even if you say "the order shall leave once this is over" which for the most part.. order will leave after the keeper threat has been taken care of.. so that is actually the only thought I can think of.. other than that it is very well thought out

We do exist, in Liberty with [HA] tags, yes.
As for the Order and Keepers, we'd see the Nomads and try to kill them, out of Xenophobia, after that. If the Order are about, we'd bring them to justice and attack them, we do see them as dangerous criminals after all.
Wouldn't care if it was Phantoms defending mankind from Nomads, we'd still revert back to regular justice after the Nomad threat has gone.

First of all, thanks.
To begin with, the group is already in existence. For about a week now.
We decided to only go into details about the Factions who required a better explaination as to why they are labeled as terrorists or hostiles.
As for that scenario you put forth regarding Keepers and The Order. Such events and similar ones regarding other factions will be dealt with in-game. We cannot foresee the exact circumstances so there is little point in trying to write something about it here.
Alright that makes sense.. after all I suppose it can depend on the size of the threat.. if the HA has enough force to take both out I wouldn't see a reason not to.. who knows either way thanks for indulging me

I'm a bit confused, in that the principles contradict each other. This is in itself isn't a problem, since vigilante groups have a habit of that sort of thing.
However, ensuring both a fair trial and human rights as well as executing people that don't live up to these standards might be very awkward for you, since a fair trial would probably require a judge and jury, which you won't be. If you only execute people after a fair trial, well, you're not doing your cool vigilante thing.
If you're attacking smugglers outside of Barrier Gate, you can't make them have a fair trial, since, effectively, drugs are legal there and you can't take them to court.
Less fair trials, more sticking the boot into peoples' teeth.:)
Then again, leaving the contradiction could be interesting and create opportunities, but I see this as possibly causing unfun confusions.

You are right about this problem. I noticed it as well as I was reading it again.
I will try in the next ten minutes try to rephrase a few things in the principles section. That whole Fair Trial should probably go away as well.
Another thing which is very important to remember. Just because we only attack Liberty Rogues or Lane Hackers if they do something illegal, dosen't mean they can go around as they feel like in Liberty. We will be watching them and sometimes you will find that you will be attacked for "un-logical reasons" regarding what "criminal activity" actually is. Therefore I'm removing the whole section that says:
"What is considered a crime." Everything except contraband.

Sina stole my lunch money and called me a tosser so I don't support this idea.
Oh, I jest... 'Tis nice to see that "corrupt" lawfuls get a taste of the hammer as well as unlawfuls, and you lot do try and keep things even when the Liberty indie retard squad shows up.
