For several unimportant reasons, i connect to internet through several routers depending on the time of the day and stellar alignments. For some odd reason, i can not see the discovery server when trying to get the list from one of them, eve with the "-s X.X.X.X" parameter in the shortcut. I see all the other servers though.
Can that be produced by an IP ban on an IP/range? Or, am i turning mad? Because i am. Seriously. The only change from "i can't see the server" to "i can see the server" is that router. And, as i can see any other server fine enough and connect to them, i guess it's not a port problem at all.

PM me the IP address of the router affected and let me check it.
The address you sent me is in a blocked range. Please try again, and see if you can login now. If that routers IP adress changes to something else in the same range, it will be blocked again.
I bow down to you, our beloved and reverenced local BOFH. *bows down*.
By the way, that range is probabily shared by the whole northern area of spain under "Telef?nica" company, so for the good of the non-cheatish/rule ignoring spanish people, it'd be great if it could at some point be "un-blocked". I mention it because although IP's from that ISP do not variate daily, once a while they do rotate, causing this kind of problems everywhere.

Bow not, send cervezas and/or senoritas instead.

If other spanish players are affected by the block, they'll have to post in the forums, like you did.
Yes, you can say we are shooting sparrows with shotgun pellets, by blocking a range, but thats the tools we have available to prevent undesirables from abusing the services of the server. Just be happy that we CAN unblock a single IP in the range if needed.
