Bo raises an eyebrow. Yes, you did a great speech one again. Seems i was a tad too quite during the ceremony, or busy with the fireworks, that you tell me what i saw myself. Then he looked at Ruben who already was waiting for a sing and ordered a beer with a nod. I think you're already good, eh - Faceless people?!? Bo was about to laugh, but got interrupted by Ruben who quickly served his beer. Thanks Ruben! Anyway guys, cheers to Jacob and John, to the elections and to Liz!
"Liz is pretty much occupied lately. Something happened with the Persephone - I've figured out that much - but I don't know what, and both of us couldn't find enough time since I've returned from my last expedition.. Do you know anything about it?"
You didn't hear about it? Bo asked irritated, made a sad face and turned serious. Seems we lost the Persephone. I don't know the details, but last week when i was sitting here...
Bloody hell, see it yourself! He pointed to the next monitor and uploaded his log files.
"Sebastien, if you want to find Yevan look out for sweetly smelling female scientists around Corinth or Evora. I could bet he's to be found nowhere else."
Tsumugi Kotobuki nodded to Coen as he left the bar.
She was one of the newer Omicroners, much like Sebastien Coen, and she came by invite of Coen to the Omicroners. Previously a Kusari citizen who had moved to taking a job with the Gas Miners Guild to escape the stifling and patriarchal Kusari society, she viewed the Zoners as an escape, and over time began to adopt their ideas on lifestyle.
For now however, she went to the bar, got herself a six pack of fruity drinks that were mixed with a synthetic vodka alternative and sat at her own table.
Kotobuki moved her seat, or more appropriately moved herself to where Bo Keek and James Ferguson was sitting. Jake Connors was also somewhere in the bar.
Tsumugi Kotobuki was a low-level Omicroner to all who knew her. Part of the trade department which came under Administrator Quiron LaCroix and Senior Dankien Moebus. She handled marginally profitable contracts and shipped low-risk cargo which could be lost without much consequence. She received a percentage of the profits she made and had a room aboard Freeport XV.
People also knew that Sebastien Coen had brought her to the fold soon after he joined the Omicroners, and as such her circumstances only appeared ordinary.
She plonked her drinks down on the table and smiled a big smile at those seated there.
Long time no see, Mugi. Welcome back on Freeport XV! He said while taking one of the fruity drinks from the table. Tell us, where have you and been recently?
Any news from your travels?
