It has been a very long time and I miss you. Our long treks across the cosmos have always been dear to me. I wish to come back but the time isn't here yet.
I've seen you have grown up a little here and lot there. I am so proud of all that you have accomplished. You are more tempting now than ever. One day, Disco, we will be in each others company again.
Konnichiwa, welcome back. We are all still praying for .86 but if what the devs say is true we are in for a treat next mod. See the candy Cannon mentions for next update.
Things are pretty good. Never thought I could ever really do web design but here I am making a career out of it. Still hitting the pavement hard trying to get that next promotion. Hopefully, then, I will have some darn free time. I just want to start discovering trade routes again. I'm sure they have changed plenty since 4.83 (I think that is the version I have still).
Long time no see, man. Good to have you back, even for a little bit.
As far as piracy goes, it's iffy. A lot of non-forum-dwelling players seem to have left Discovery during the Great Mining Catastrophy a few months back.
Then again, I don't play a whole lot these days anyways. Might just be waiting for 4.86 like me.
NPC piracy still works. Junkers in Galileo/Kepler/Sigma-13/Frankfurt.

Treewyrm Wrote:all in all the conclusion is that disco doesn't need antagonist factions, it doesn't need phantoms, it doesn't need nomads, it doesn't need coalition and it doesn't need many other things, no AIs, the game is hijacked by morons to confuse the game with their dickwaving generic competition games mixed up with troll-of-the-day.
