When I mount any Corsair shieldbuster that's above a Rapier (gun or turret), I can't see it when I'm shooting in space. It still does damage, but I can't see the shots being fired. Only thing that happens is that I can hear the shots being fired. Anyone know what's going on?
This is in SP btw. Not sure if this happens in MP

Apparently it was never given an actual projectile. So its completely invisible. Sometimes its nice not seeing it, and sometimes it would be better if you could actually see it. Of course, Maybe me or someone could give it a projectile so anyone who wants to see it could? Ok never mind. That would count as cheating wouldn't it?
While being quite funny, your sig was the biggest one i've ever seen so far. No more than 700x250 please. ~utrack http://pastebin.com/SYQXBufs
maybe it can be given the same projectile effect as the low level shield busters ( glowing red bolt ). it looks pretty nice, imo. it has a strong glow effect.
don t think its too hard to assign this effect to the rapier / tizona / colada, too. - but depends on the corsair factions if they want it or not, i guess.
[stupid reply]If you're hitting it, the shield goes down. You know, the little blue bar? [/stupid reply]
[serious]I agree, the higher level Corsair stuff is hard to aim for me (SP and on my server). I'd like to see something cool looking, maybe a kind of golden glow-y thing.[/serious]

They were supposed to be like that!? Can't really see why...
Well, if we add a new effect, we should make it red, like the borroco, but change it slightly in each of the shield busters. I think the civilian ones are yellow and blue, so we should make the corsair ones red.

but you can hard avoid something when you dont see it or no? and that make from colada or tizona realy unique weapons. i like that i dont see the projectiles.
