Background
[font=Arial Narrow][color=#999999]The current Boss and Leader of The 81 Syndicate, Death Runner, founded the group after meeting the scientist and former navy officer, Sotha Sil. Originally they both wanted to establish a small business together, owning a few plantations on Malta, and sending underlings to smuggle cardi for them. But, after much thought, they realized an even greater potential power they could both achieve together. They both knew of the constant bickering amongst leaders, the struggles every outcast has to face, the ever-lasting civil-war instigators inside the nation, the decline of junkers and pirates willing to traffic cardi and slaves, but most importantly, the power that has declined from the very marrow of the Outcast Nation. Death Runner, a die-hard nationalist, and Sotha Sil, the determined evolutionary, could not continue to let this happen. It was time for them to support their leader, their nation. The two of them, with the backing of Brandon Garrison, moved to Omicron 81. Seguro Refugio was theirs to utilize. From that location, they were able to begin using and administering an industry of cardimine plantations on Soledad. Expansion was inevitable. Soon cardimine distribution would be doubled, if not tripled all across Sirius. But, why stop there? An under-populated system was theirs to utilize. Research and military training soon followed, all for the sole purpose of making the Outcasts the feared nation it once was. [font=Agency FB][color=#000000]

The rock base of Seguro Refugio was hollowed out from a massive asteroid slowly falling into Soledad and pulled into a stable orbit. With the massively important Cartagena Shipyard project well under construction the Outcasts needed a place to store supplies, house workers, and provide a defense. After Cartagena was completed Seguro fell under the command of the Outcast group that found Omicron-81 and built Cartagena. Seguro became a hub for Omicron-81 supplying the settlers of Soledad, co-ordinating shipments for Cartagena and becoming a safe haven for those wishing to escape the near-tolitarian political structure of Malta. Many dissidents found their way here after their protests fell on deaf ears. [font=Agency FB]

He oversees all happenings within the Syndicate, whether it be conducting negotiations or beating smugglers who fail their quota).
[color=#FFFFFF]No.2 -[font=Agency FB]Underboss (Sotha Sil, a former scientist and navy officer is the underboss of Death Runner. He acts as an advisor to the current Boss and makes sure the job gets done).
[color=#FFFFFF]No.3 -[font=Agency FB]Member (The usual smuggler or escort working within the Syndicate. The members makes up the vast majority of the group and carries out orders given by the Boss and Underboss).
[color=#FFFFFF]No.4 -[font=Agency FB]Not-Even-Worthy-Of-Mentioning (The initiates of the Syndicate. Neither the Boss nor Underboss really pay attention to them, the members are expected to help train them and assist them whenever necessary). [font=Agency FB][color=#000000]
Notes/Guidelines
[font=Arial Narrow][color=#999999][color=#000000]1 [color=#FFFFFF]- Convoys must have three or more players unless given permission to do otherwise. 2- Outcasts above all others. (Within reason. If it's a total lolwut, then don't even bother). 3- Humble yourself in the face of leadership. 4- Respect the 101st and your allies. 5- Be courteous of other players and your surroundings. 6- If you get sanctioned for being an ******* or just plain stupid, you're out. 7- Do not shout in system that you are a smuggler and how incompetent the lawfuls are for not catching you. 8- Be sneaky. Be deceiving. If you lie saying there's a smuggler at the opposite side of the system, then good on you. 9- We are not pirates. 10- Do not act like you're in Flood. If i see a " ))) " reference, you're getting my boot in your ass.

One of my members, the SiC in fact, is by far one of the greatest members i have ever seen or had in a faction. Dean, also known as SothaSil on the forums, thank you for your epic contributions thus far. I don't think we would have made the progress we have without you pal. I'm looking forward to more epic-ness to come!

Welp to be honest this is about it. I'll give the ranks more description, the diplomacy will move around im sure, some ships will be added for ship usage, and then i'll probably just post links to other stuff like recruitment and message dump..
Ah, so it's a sort of OC smuggling wing ? then it's awesome as I didn't noticed something similar 'till now, and it makes sense since their main income comes from cardi smuggling. G'luck !
