Shadow Outcast Brigade Pilots will never retreat & will sacrifice their ships to protect Malta, it's protectors & civilians. If a retreat order is given by allied forces we are following, Shadow Outcast Brigade Pilots will cover allied groups escape before departing the battle.
All Shadow Outcast Brigade Pilots who pirate will give the group treasury a minimum of 15% to help maintain costs & equipment.
All Shadow Outcast Brigade Pilots who smuggle freight, legal or otherwise will give the group treasury a minimum of 20% to help maintain costs & equipment & will also assist in re-supply any S.O.B. Escort with replacement Nanos & Batteries that defended the freight.
Shadow Outcast Brigade Assassination contractors will give 50% of payment to treasury to help maintain costs & equipment, plus to cover fees for job set ups, recon & logistics

Shadow Outcast Brigade (SOB) is formed by a group of friends that are already a large squad in a few other games. Many of us have role playing game backgrounds from such games as D&D, WoW, NetBattleTech, MechWarriors, and many other dedicated role play games. Along with our new found love for the freelancer game & Especially the Discovery RP server, Our squad (SAE Soldiers Against Evil http://sae-squad.com ) also is active in Delta Force Blackhawk Down & Call of Duty 4. We as a group own our websites, Ventrillo & 6 Game Servers (we also rent a couple out) & maintain the costs through member donations. SAE has been a large & noticeable force in it's current game venues & has been in the top 3 at War gamers Network top sites for several years running.
Our current squad roster is over 100 active members & growing. All though not all members will be playing Freelancer a sizeable group has become highly interested in the game & we decided to form our own group to play out in the role play venue. We will be creating a sepperate website exsclusivly for our group on Discovery in the near future & we will be applying for a faction after we feel our newer to the game members have improved their role play skills & have read & abide by the Discovery RP server rules. We will be recruiting, but at this time we are already 25 active members & growing.
We have decided to go with the Outcast area in the roleplay on the server.
Our current roleplay plot line is us being of a outcast of the outcasts, a throw back to the older days of the Maltese. With a story line of trying to return Malta & it's people back to a older glory day , casting out the corporate greed of the new syndicates & corruptions of the government. All though we have nothing against the players with BLS, it fits in our story line to shun them & try to eventually try to over throw their hold on the cardamine fields & handing it over to the government that we will also attempt to purge of corruption. ( We will untill such time remain neutral with BLS unless an agreed apon story line change )
I actually like it as well, your attitude of respect towards our conventions and already established factions impresses me greatly:)

It's well done. Nice restrictions on it in terms of equipment/ships, but you seem a bit to unfocused in terms of your goals still. You need to have more of a focus, I think, seeing as there are already three other Outcast factions. See if there's any gaps you can fill.
They know, I've been talking to them, and they've done it as a joke... Yeah, it pretty well has my stamp of approval, I helped them format it. We'd rather they joined one of the existing factions, obviously, but if they behave under accepted conventions (as they are) we have no credible reason to stop them from forming, so I say go for it. They've got more RP for this flying around here somewhere in the Hub, saw it posted a couple of days ago.
