A Rheinland ex-patriot who is part of The Order however cares deeply for his men who fight alongside them and ensures they survive.
His men came to Trent and Jun'ko Zane rescue when they encountered a Rheinland Battleship called the "RNC Schiller".
Later after their escape they all met on Cali Base with a unwelcoming scenario. Afterwards they discuss that he should meet his contact Lord Hakkera on Planet Kyushu in Kyushu.
