Pilot carrying this ID is employed by Kruger Minerals, who :

Can trade and escort traders
Can hunt pirates and terrorists within Rheinland, or within systems where Kruger has a base, or in self-defense, or to protect another trader.
Cannot ally with any unlawfuls
Cannot fulfill bounty contracts
Cannot participate in any unlawful actions except against BMM and Miner ID within the Omegas only

Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
