Overview

Despite closing on his 30th birthday, Jacob holds his youth close. Being usually seen using slangs and wearing the old Earthen 80's punk-looks, his wild behaviour and flashy style hide a deep intelligence. Opting for senseless killing only when situation dictates otherwise, he relies on the usual hit-and-run Gaian tactics on combat. When confronted head-on, however, Jacob seems to tap into the same youth he craves to push beyond his own limits, simply not caring if the fight takes place close to a sun or around mines.

Backstory

Tough not particularly fond of remembering, Jacob was born on Planet New London, under the wealth of a family of lawyers and money brookers. His mother died giving birth, victim to a airbourne disease, while the father, not present at the moment, worked under the guidance of the government. Jacob grew up on a life of mistreat and forgive and forgets, since his father was always neck-deep into work. Few know that is for this reason Jacob seems so taken into working alone - it's a costume, not lack of trust.

During his teenage years, he was forced into college, eliminating whatever time he had on his home. It was during those years Jacob got into a circle of friends engaged into protests pro-environment. He eventually left, however, forced to leave by the BPA, despite the bribes and political manouvers of his parents, after one of the teachers was found misteriously dead, staked to a plastic plant on her own room.

He kept engaged into protests, moving close to terrorism, however, until 812 A.S. when a confront with the same BPA forced him to flee. The vessel he used, however, was severelly damaged and he was left floating space for two days, until the Nature Last Hope found his shuttle.

Nature Last Hope and Politicians

Quick to follow his saviours steps, by the end of that year Jacob was already a full member of NLH, participating on assaults against BMM transports and dealings with the Corsairs. The group, however, significantly weakened by BPA and BAF incursions, eventually fell forgotten. Fade flew solo for a while, until going completely under the radar.

Three years later he returned, this time to London. Under a new forged identity, courtesy of a few bribes proxied by the Junkers, Fade entered the politics alongside a man called Prof. Stephan Hartheim, working as an advisor and student. Secretly, however, the Gaian used the knowledge gained through the Prof. meetings to plan for a comeback on the future.

It was amidst 818 A.S., when the Gallic Royal Navy hit Bretonia, that Fade saw his chance. He took off from New London for good, seeking contact with whatever Gaians were left.

Present Day and Goals

Today, Jacob is back where he always wanted to be: Fighting alongside Gaians who share his ideals. The war between Bretonia and Gallia has put the Gaians on a difficult position, one that will need continuous watch, and the Underloch is the answer for that. Concerned with their numbers, however, he recently focused his attention into developing intrusive propaganda through Bretonia house space and diplomatic relations. Although older and more experienced, Fade still maintains his looks, ways and ideals as ever, always ready to share a laugh with a fellow Gaian.

Except when he finds Wildlife Smugglers. That's when things get real ugly.
