- Can escort traders within Kusari and Independent systems directly surrounding Kusari,
- Can demand contraband, levy fines, and destroy ships if they refuse to comply with contraband demands, refuse to cooperate or are affiliated with a house at war with Kusari.
- Can hunt pirates and terrorists within Kusari and the Independent Systems directly surrounding Kusari. Remember that means Farmers and Corsairs now! You can hunt them!
- Cannot ally with any unlawfuls.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers.
