You're making some pretty big claims. I've always roleplayed that ID's are licenses that could conceivably be found on the Sirius neural net. (In today you can find out lots about a company or person by looking up records easily on the Internet.) Have you talked in collaboration about your statements, or is this an "only you thing"?
 
  
Specifically, I object to your wording of:

I suspect this is to head off metagaming against the Aoi Iseijin/Keeper/other faction players, however this statement is too limiting for everyone else. ID's DO exist. Just like my Drivers license or Guild membership papers DO exist right now.
