Synopsis
William Jackson Shepherd (born 31st of December 788 A.S, Planet Denver) is a notorious mercenary working in the dark contests of intelligence exchange, in the employ of the Liberty Security Force. He is known to be heavily backed up by various Libertonian military officials with money, resources and tactical information on his targets.
He is known to have good relations with the Corsairs, and with the Liberty Navy. His two-faced background allows him to safely import some native artifacts into Liberty without the usual risks of being caught red-handed. Thus improving his standing with the various Corsair families.
His mission is the termination of the entire Order, by any means necessary. The reason why the libertonian government sent a mercenary team in, undercover, for Order top brass is unknown, but many think that it is because they cannot waste precious resources- what with the ongoing war between them and Rheinland.
