Battleship Canaan was commissioned by The Order in year 819 A.S. in aftermath of Toledo's destruction. Caanan being unfinished at the time, it was decided to incorporate parts of other Osiris class warships critically crippled in battle into its chassis.
With Battleship Apophis' departure from the system in 822 A.S., Canaan was deployed to assume responsibility of guardianship in its place; an assignment made more contentious by recent sightings of The Order's enemies in what was formerly their uncontested territory.
