Eplessier Depot is a relatively small installation built by the Maquis within the Avre Asteroid Field. The main purpose the station serves is maintaining a backup path between Burgundy and Ile-de-France. The depot was built circa 680 AGS by the Council engineers, and pilots affiliated with the faction still frequent the station, using it as a transition point for raids against the Gallic Core Worlds and trade runs for black market goods. Since 684 AGS, however, the station is mainly operated by the Maquis, who use it as a base of operations for smuggling and terrorist attacks against Picardy, as well as Burgundy and portions of Ile-de-France.
