Ok, Sovereign opened the debate if GB and GS should be in two different sections or not. I personally think they should be in two different sections, Gunships are actually much more maniable and are having a smaller powerplant than Gunboats. Also, I think there is a reason why the devs called them Gunships instead of Gunboats. "Trackpad.User 14:42, 1 November 2009 (MST)"

Scorpion Gunboat. Tridente Gunship. There are as many exceptions to "gunships are lighter" as there are things that actually follow it. It's a name, and it means as much as "carrier"- that is, nothing. There are no hardpoint differences between a gunship and a gunboat like there are between light fighters and heavy fighters, and you could switch the name without anyone being able to tell the difference. Handling should be discussed on the individual ship pages. --Sovereign 16:51, 1 November 2009 (MST)
