I think the most DSE) members are gone, quiet inactive or doesn't want to revive this faction.
Here is the question: Is it possible to get the account password from the DSE Forum account to revive this faction?

I join Protégé on this one. You should make a new account, be it a subsidiary or something until it becomes official.

Make a new one. The DSE) had done a lot of planning and RP and I dont think they would willingly allow to give you the password.
I would also if I were you make a new faction because you are new and need the experience from the start. The DSE that I know would require you to read a lot to catch up at where they are at.

Based on your date of joining, you still to me at the moment are quite new.
Unless ofc you have been around longer than that and just make it look different.
Making an unofficial faction doesn't make you not new. You need experience with which you dont have with do this DSE operated.
This is why I suggest make a new faction for DSE
