Did this rule get made into 'law' or what? It was one of Jihad's long lost dreams and one of my theories. Gather evidence of why [person] does not deserve capship, warn first time, (or if offense is signifficant, skip warning) disallow cap usage.
I pulled this from a recent sanction. This is GREAT. I hope this new rule will bring a change on the stereotypes of "ALL INDIE BATTLESHIPS ARE NEBS"

There is a lot more to a sanction that just what is posted in a final report ... We know why he has abused
his position, and if he had read the rules, so would the recipient of that edict.
Cam, remove the signature please, it is becoming more than a mild irritation for a lot of people now.

Its not, as Virus told me it is a private Forum. If an Admins says "Shut up, we dont want you to <Insert Stuff here>". You do or just piss off. Its how it is, this here isnt a free world.
