Praed, I have ready the whole thing and I am not sure what the heck you are actually trying to accomplish here. What is so freaking great about omega 5 and 7? It is full of corsair indy battleships, cruisers, funboats and the miners that own them.

if BHG caps start showing up there, the houses are sure to have something to say about it. Capital warships are restricted in house territory and O-3 and O-7 are claimed by Bretonia and Rheinland respectively.

I've said that already. The Taus also are KNF space, while the Sigmas are GMG space, as another example.
