Actually having new faction in discovery that even is not in the original lore is very hard, having lore faction is not easy too, if you cannot understand English good enough you dont need to put the efforts into it since it wont happen. I would recommend to you to find some older member of the community to help you.
Don`t feed the trolls here since they would not help you a bit. They are here to +1 and to make fun of you forgetting that discovery lore is not the holly graal and the people have the right to have fun.
Try to read all regulations about tech chart, faction rules and regulations the same as ID restrictions.

Edward, why not just listen to folks?
If you simply obey the server rules, no one can stop you roleplaying what you want.
Server rules aren't really that hard to obey and the technology ones are the easiest.
Simply ask the [RM] if you can use some of their ships.
Give them some credits or commodities to help with the war effort, show them that your research will help with the war etc.
You want the RSA to succeed, simply go along with the rules.

But to the topic:
You, as players, picked to roleplay something completely not related to freelancer in a freelancer universe environment. You didn't adapt it to be more fitting to the lore, you just copied. This is your main issue, and people were pointing towards it ever since your first post. Yet you ignored them and their (some VERY good) suggestions and kept on going. It's fine, nobody can dictate what you want to roleplay, but don't get surprised, when you end up where you are now.
Within a month's time, you changed ID's two or three times. Meaning changing equipment and everything needed. This is a sign, that the faction / group is not well thought through in the first place. I'm guessing the only reason you originally picked a Kusari ID was the fact that your roleplaying idea was based on a Jap anime series / movie / comic / whatever, but feel free to correct me.
Now - since you have a Researcher ID, using the TECH CHART is very simple. Red is a no-go, everything else is fair game. It's even easier with researcher, because there is no white cell. This server has rules, you must abide to in order to stay here. Everyone is playing according to the rules. Why should you be different? You are not THAT important to this community, that we will pardon you everything - from military ship usage on civilian characters to swearing.
I'll be honest with you - I didn't like this faction from the first post. Why? It has nothing to do with freelancer and is fantasy - not science fiction, but I kept my mouth shut. People were trying to help you, but you ignored them. And now, when you break the server rules and people are suggesting you change equipment, you start insulting them? If that's how you want to play, then pack your bags and go somewhere else. I won't miss you. I doubt, that anyone will.

I think Vlko`s post is speaking for most of the Community you need to adapt. Im sorry but I see it often that people dont want to adapt. From learning Rulez(for example the language) to thinking that they are the best or importants.

I dont understand why not just use transports if you wanna RP like that anyway, they would fit better, no?
And saying things like "Im waiting for a ban, do it if you can" wont help your group out either, because if you continue down this path it will happen eventually, and what then? You are going to insult some more? If you knew from before that the rules here are a tiny bit more complex, and you dont like that, why did you come back at all?
Even though your RP is an import or whatever, its not impossible to adapt to the Freelancer universe. If you used the advice people here gave you, you would pull it off. But instead you just throw it back into their face with insults. Thats not how things work fella.
