I led the event last saturday, I had only one RM member at the time at the event, and had to beg 2 more to come on >.> at the end I had to use indies. But since you are almost back the RM had been a little more active, so lets see these events become even, we can even do mixed battles:D

Dennis, I've had exams too, I'm right in the middle of them right now, only two to go. And even with me and Joe busy and not around most of the times, we've managed to gather quite a force every time, mainly because the chain of command works as it should work in your faction as well. Perhaps you should assign more active people to key positions, instead of keeping people there for their experience. No offense, but it's pretty true, you need more active high command. Its obvious that you can't attend to all the events, so you'll need to raise more active people to take charge of things when you're unavailable.
Also, regarding the time of event, well I believe it was shifted about 3 times, from 3 GMT and getting at the current 6 GMT. They changed it because the RM requested it, as their american players couldn't attend, and now they wanna change it back ? Fine with me, but I doubt that's the solution, really.

It's not that the event is losing interest I think, there are several reason that in the last 2 weeks there have been issues getting it running.
First of all, it has not always been the case that Rhienland has been outnumbered. The LN has gone into these engagements in the past with fewer numbers.
Secondly the time: Its June, Saturday 6pm GMT, not only is the server almost at capacity all day Saturday making it difficult to log on, but also the summer months can see a dip in activity from long time members. I know at has with myself, as Scotland enjoys it's bi-centenial burst of sunshine :laugh:
I may put in an app to the RM and with luck be accepted to swap to whichever side needs players, it would be nice if several of us can do this each way to even out future events.
