Pennsylvania belongs to Liberty, but Zoner caps can dock there because it is not core house space. When in doubt, look at the rules.

You can fly there in a Nephilim and then dock it on Betlehem. However, the cops, navy and LSF won't be happy about you doing it (and will kill you, probably).

Sigh.

Like stated by server rules you May Dock all zoner ships within the Penn system.

Rp wise you could get Caught by lolberty Forces and the might tear you apart.

Same Goes with omega7 it is claimed by rheinland.and omega 3 by bretonia for example. Still They are rulewise borderwords and you MAY Dock in Those systems with zoner cruisers and bs ships.

Small Edit:
5k around beth lolberty lawfulls May not hunt you. At least If you are not a known criminal. Treaty of bethlehem states That 5k around That station is zoner space.

Now, as the mods and admins have said many times, the wiki should really not be used as a source for info as it is not entirely accurate.

that said....

from the wiki:
"Pennsylvania was originally settled by Zoners. Liberty's interest in the system gradually grew and House influence increased steadily until the System was heavily patrolled by the Liberty Police and Navy and was declared an independent system under Liberty protection.

as said before, rules wise docking on bethlehem is fine as it is a zoner base.

RP wise, lolberty would blast you to smithereens if they see you, unless you are in the 5k NFZ/exclusion zone.

That treaty was considered defunct a long time ago. They can and will hunt you now.

I said that this post in rules is 3 years old. Try to look and you will see that it doesnt contain some systems which we have now...
