While the "No Retreat, No Surrender" mentality is widely spread among the Maquis, certain cells go the extra mile by removing Docking access from Maquis bases, outposts and stations to their pilots during every of their Sortie until their actions have caused at least one victim, which may include one of their own: they may still use other facilities of other organisations until then.
Should I take out this Liner full of passengers, potentially causing thousands of deaths in the process?
Yes. It is our duty to disrupt the Royalty through any means available. This is why you're part of the Maquis and not the Council: anything that is helpful to the crown is an enemy of yours. You knew what you signed up for. We are not meant to have good PR, we are meant to do the necessary ugly. Tourism is a booming economy within Gallia, even despite the war, and the revenue it brings is quite phenomenal to the actual government. As a result, every single civilians of Gallia, and Sirius, should fear for their lives on these cruising trips. This is a generic example which can be applied to any other similar scenario.
