I had very good times on Disco as a beginner thanks to a good company.
I learned new things on the run, while winning, losing, raging, and it was an absolute gameplay fun.
Zaza, Jack Ramirez aka The.Old.One, Horus, Chenzo, Sol and many others... Nostalgia...

Pretty much have an agenda now.
Will see how it develops rather than forcing a particular learning curve.
Not going to go crazy on RP as this can be better refined later.
Just basic rules, how to fly, how to talk, diplomacy, and ship types
All while running through a few mock scenarios.
Then oorp pews for the fun of it. To get him comfy with confrontation.
Then a rp tour (undisclosed path and agenda for obvious reasons)
Meanwhile, the group have been brainstorming on skype. Every bit of input has been valuable. Helpful to have extra eyes and angles on it.
Keep any suggestions and support coming guys. Every little helps

I got a Condor and a Falchion, both Fl ID. i would be glad to give them to a newbie.

Thankyou seven-alpha-one-one for your generous support and contributions.
We're still looking to get a capital ship for our new guy (dave), and all contributions will be immensely helpful.
if anybody has a spare cap they never fly, please let us know.
It doesn't matter too much about rep or legality, as this is all part of the learning curve for him anyway.
Hopefully by sunday afternoon, he'll have enough of a ship choice to quickly find his feet, and space legs
