I personally don't like anyone to interrupt my RP, even if they're my inRP superiors.
Hell- if my character wouldn't like it I woulda' just grabbed the person I was RPing with by the hand and go someplace else, or not listen to the said superior and continue my discussion.
It's all about the fun. It's just a game. ( :

You are perfectly free to disobey orders from an inRP superior of an official faction, but there are also inRP consequences to doing so, and you should just be prepared for that.
