You do not need to register if you already belong to any of the factions listed in the OP in order to have a chance to receive a gift.
Sadly Alucard, Nicku and possibly biohazard won't be showing up. I'll be moving to a friend's house that day in order to pillage his router and be able to join in.

Battleship players may rejoin the fight in snubs once they die or defeat the opposite side's battleships. This is a measure taken to garantue that they have something else to do after melting under fire from 30 fighters.
