A battleship cerb can instakill any snub. It doesn't matter what the damage is if other stats are balanced properly. The new replacement, if implemented, will either have no arc essentially making it a forward gun or will have a huge spread coupled with low speed. In any case, you won't be instakilling snubs unless they joust you straight, in which case they deserve to die anyways. And even then you're not guaranteed to kill them.

If you make it have top 50m/s speed sure, then the rest of the stats don't matter

Because that's literally the only way it'd be balanced

WoW.... i think its totally abusive... hahahaha, if that super-weapon exists... nobody will use capitals. Actually is really hard to "hit" a snub with capital weapons, if you add that AWESOME weapon to a snub with also torpedos+antimatters+more powerful weapons... that would unbalance (even more than now!) the server.
