The only question is what to do with cruisers, since they're also capital ships and some of them are bigger than battlecruisers (Praefect, Vidar, etc.). Although they're more manouverable than BCs and BSs, the same can be applied by saying anything smaller than a cruiser is much more manouverable than it, but at the end of the day they're all still capital ships. It just doesn't make sense to me that battlecruisers get to use it while cruisers don't. The old 90% core on Cruisers was a great way to reflect that, but since ship cells got removed I'd rather allow cruisers to use the scanner on 100% than not use it at all.

Edit: If the name is such a big issue, rename it to Capital Vessel Scanner or something along those lines.

Can we make exception for BS scanners to be able to equipped on "Corvo" , cause it is mainly used as explores ship , make sense to have good scanners , and it is hardly good ship for fight anyway ?

What do we do about nomads? Do they get a Nomad scanner or are they supposed to RP with the Lane Hackers? Smile

Alright. Thank you for the adaption time. I'll be at home early enough to fix my BS-scanner non-caps.

I still do not think this is strictly necessary, as a Money sink is again taken out of the game, but it won't Change gameplay in any real way.

Question, however: How do People get spyglass Scanners if they are e.g. hostile to LH? Isn't that Kind of imbalanced???

Use third party to buy it something out of your reach.

Pretty much my question. Nomads with Spyglass Scanner would be weird.

I would consider the acquisition of the Spyglass Scanner to be an oorp process. It's no longer considered to be made by the Lane Hackers, they have their own, superior variant which also has technerf.

If it weren't so fun to make people fly to Airdrie we could add more sellpoints as well. The infocard also needs updating.
