Order-GMG Treaty Proposal - ProwlerPC - 01-30-2009 ![]() Incoming Transmission To: Order High Command From: Guild Master Raikoke Subject: Order - GMG Treaty Message reads: Konichiwa, I have voted in favor of this treaty, I had always felt our neutral distance was kept for too long. From the reports I've received from our pilots visiting Freeport XI, our explorations units, and from my own personal three visits to Order space; I've come to believe that GMG and the Order have much to offer each other and should bridge the distance-gap for a more friendly future. As for getting the H-fuel to Order space that won't be a problem. As I mentioned, I have personaly visited officers of the Order on three seperate occasions myself. There are several ways to get to Omicron Minor, all of which I now know. Everything is set in our administration and I am awaiting the conclusion to give the orders to our trade ships. Upon arrival in the Sigmas, our security division should fill your pilots in on complete charts, particularly the jump holes used most by the assortment alien raiders. I do believe there isn't an inch of the Sigma systems that was left unscanned by our explorers. Sayonara and may this new friendship prove to be a strong one. Transmission Ends Order-GMG Treaty Proposal - Zapp - 01-30-2009 Incoming Transmission Comm ID: Ted Miles, Order, Battleship Isis I have only one reservation about this treaty, and it is that of spreading Order forces too thin. We have daily attacks by Nomads right up to Toledo's doorstep, Hunters prowling Delta and Minor seeking to snap up the unwary patrol, the Liberty Navy and LSF sitting in Alaska, making occasional forays into our space... However, the best things come with much risk. I am in tentative favor of this treaty. However, to clarify... will Order ships have landing rights on GMG stations? End Transmission Order-GMG Treaty Proposal - Tenacity - 01-30-2009 ![]() ...Incoming Transmission... Source: Aki Kimura, Order High Command "How did I forget to cover that... assuming the GMG hold no objections, I do believe Order vessels will be provided docking rights with Naha and Ogashawa. GMG vessels will be authorized to land at Toledo and Battleship Isis for H-fuel shipments and pre-approved equipment and vessel exchange." "As for our forces being spread thin, you are right, we are. However, construction of our new fleet at Evora is nearly complete, and we are gaining new recruits at a higher rate than ever before. Reports from Isis show that Nomad and Bounty Hunter attacks against Toledo are becoming less frequent and forceful as well, perhaps they're finally learning that it is unwise to assault such a well defended location." //Nomad/BHG attacks around toledo are being removed in 4.85, the order is getting new bases I believe as well as more missions, which will increase the number of order players, and we're getting an entire new shipline which is sure to attract more pilots. I dont think we'll be too thinly stretched after it's release =)// Order-GMG Treaty Proposal - ProwlerPC - 01-30-2009 ![]() Incoming Transmission To: Order High Command From: Guild Master Raikoke Subject: Use of GMG bases Message reads: Ah yes, we forgot to mention the use of docking points. We will welcome the Order to all our facilities, please feel at home. We would like to point out that while Naha and Ogashawa is equipped hold many small strike craft and the odd freighter or gunboat they can't afford to have large transports or warships docked to them for too long. They were designed with only a couple mooring points which are mainly used by the tradeships to load up on the H-fuel as well as to hold our security's small craft and exploration units. Our security division has always directed the larger ships to our better facilities on Aomari, before the Phantom invasion it had all the amenities needed to host visitors as well as the capability providing mooring for multiple large ships for extended perios. At the moment we are about take it back and rebuild it sections, so unfortunately that leaves ALG's Helgoland being the closest facility capable of taking in warships. I should warn you though that Bounty Hunters have taken a preference to using Helgoland over Aomari. This is all very temporary as in approx 24hrs from this message being sent we will be reclaiming Aomari station. Transmission Ends Order-GMG Treaty Proposal - Eternal - 01-30-2009 ![]() [Sending transmission from Battleship Au'Rora] [Message Begins] " It is no secret to us that most if not all of the systems you inhabit are magnets to common pirates. As such , they atract bounty hunter scum aswell. I'm fairly surtain that you are aware of our stance towards them. I don't intend to power down my weapons if my division happens to meet any. But they shall be ordered to do so at a save distance from your stations and instalations. Our aproach towards the hunters and their to us is clear. But I'm not sure how they will react towards you , after they have learned about our treaty. Hunters may be the lowest forms of life in Sirius , but they are not to be under estimated. " [End of transmission] Order-GMG Treaty Proposal - ProwlerPC - 01-30-2009 ![]() Incoming Transmission To: Order High Command From: Guild Master Raikoke Subject: Order-BHG war Message reads: GMG can assure that we won't interfere with your war with BHG when it occurs away from our facilities. We have a neutral business relationship with some as we do maintain a Bounty Board, but have just as many Freelancers and Mercenaries filling our contracts. So far the only time BHG are allowed to open fire near our bases is in it's defence when fulfilling the contracts outlined in our bounty board. That contract does not include Order, so all BHG will be enforced by GMG to maintain a cease fire with Order when near our facilities. As mentioned by your fellow peer it is similar to the no-fire zones implemented by the Zoners. Transmission Ends Order-GMG Treaty Proposal - Fletcher - 01-30-2009 Incoming Transmission Comm ID: Reserve Colonel Edison Trent Flight ID: 197 This is Trent, I have moved to the Sigma 13 system to act as a diplomatic envoy to the GMG. But we do have a few issues to work out. Namely that the GMG are political enemies to the Corsairs, and that if the treaty is pushed through, the Outcasts would push harder into the Sigma's to cut off our supply of new fuel. We would also have problems with the Bounty Hunters that frequent the area. I received many threats of destruction, but I stayed low and explained to the GMG I was there as a diplomatic envoy only, and I would not initiate combat. I also have issues with my IFF (//I'm trying to get a GMG bribe since they're deep red with me, can't figure out why.) Therefore I will stay low in Yanagi with one of my old contacts. Trent out. Order-GMG Treaty Proposal - ProwlerPC - 01-30-2009 ![]() Incoming Transmission To: Trent From: Guild Master Raikoke Subject: Ships's IFF Message reads: Trent-san, that raises a good issue. Zoners may be the key here as we both share them as allies. Once Order gets it fixed so that our bases allow Order to dock it shouldn't be hard to keep it maintained that way as there would be little cause for it get lowered. For our security, unfortunately our IFF systems will always present Order as hostile to them due to the hostile relations between GMG and Corsairs. Our Guild Transport Ships that come to Order space, however, will be able to maintain it's IFF systems to be able to dock in Order systems and pass through unharmed. Transmission Ends Order-GMG Treaty Proposal - Friday - 03-18-2009 I would just like to reiterate that the GMG from time to time will be bringing supplies to Omicron Minor. It may well be that newer members of the Order may not be aware of this treaty and its terms. Order-GMG Treaty Proposal - Enrico_B - 03-20-2009 Edit disregard my comment |
