Initial fitting test, having some issues with the velcro not adhering well to the flak vest fabric, gonna have to come up with a new solution.

Got the visor tinted for the helmet (not the best quality and its full of bubbles but it ends up looking like battle damage anyways). The helmet is a very snug fit now, I can barely get my cheek bones past the indents, but once it's on it stays in place really well.
Also started working on a blaster to go with it, using a modified nerf gun and a scope made from spare pipe fittings.

Almost done with this project (at least as done as it'll be for a while).
Finished the gun, for now. Not too happy with it overall but it'll work for the short term:

And this is the most of the kit I've actually had on at once since starting this whole thing months ago. Still missing the leather belts, flight suit, leg armor, etc., but all of that is ready to go, just couldnt get it all on tonight, it's a lot of work getting into and out of this gear:

Finally got to suit up in the entire kit for the first time tonight at a company halloween party. Pictures didnt come out great due to my wife's camera being 100% terrible and the lightning didnt help either, but I got a lot of compliments on it.

Btw did you make that with a 3D printer or buy and then modified it? (the plastic parts of the suit, not the kid)
