Yes, Fhoxi is correct; the issue is resolved. Our problem was caused by a full disk, which caused incomplete writing of player base-related files, in turn destabilizing the POB plugin. As the POB code touches a lot of the game's systems, it caused the POB-related error messages on NPC bases and the positioning issues when undocking most solars. We've fixed our disk issues and the game is playable. POB files had to be restored from backup.
Please direct problems with your ships and stations to the player requests subforum. If you experience further bugs or oddities, please file a bug report as usual.
